I’ve ever had the breading fell off, never had to catch where the breading falls off the oil tasted old. I could taste it in the chicken. The rice was a big giant glob. Don’t get me wrong. I like sushi rice, but I don’t like snowball sushi, rice, the size of a tangerine. And a half ahead of cabbage to hide the fact it’s only one piece of chicken cutlet for a regular order when it should be two only a mini has a single piece of cutlet.

I purchased 85 plates for my employees at Amazon and when I got the plates back we were extremely disappointed with the taste, all the BBQ BEEF was rubbery and had an expired taste. I’m so disappointed at the fact that I’ve spent over $1,290 on meals to only have half my team take the day off due to stomach aches and when I called the store the owner/manager said he’d be able to apply a 5% Discount off my next order and he can give me ONE FREE PLATE!!! Can you believe this guy!!!!! I’m going to pursue a civil case against this location and get my full refund along with compensation reimbursement for my employees at Amazon for having to take off of work. This whole issue cost me $79.59hr per employee X 45 for 5 hrs for a total of $17,907. The quality of the meat should have been checked Prior to making the orders. This location should be closed down for its negligence and trying to save money By cutting corners and using expired steak.

Definitely different, the food was okay, I honestly felt like it had little to no flavor even though it looked heavily seasoned. The Island Fire Chicken had so many tough pieces that I could not eat. The Ribs in the Hawaiian BBQ Mix were very tough and had no flavor. The macaroni salad is good but not the best I’ve had. The staff was not very friendly in taking order nor handing it out. I would not return to this restaurant when there are so many choices around the area.

Food was excellent, service was fast and friendly (they were even patient with my 37 year old autistic son). However, the roof is leaking pretty bad and the store should fix that immediately. Water was getting on almost every table.

Food was cooked either too long or too much oil. Island white Fish with minor cabbage and cabbage and major roots. Fire Island Chicken cooked like a soup. Spectacularly disgusting- Tracy, Manteca, & Lathrop have the worst quality of food in the Americas.

The store is clean, but music is at full blast so you have to yell to the person sitting across from you just to hear them. Took 40 minutes to make a chicken plate and a mini meal. 4 customers after us got their meals before us. Then, when we got our meal, they messed up the plate and said it’d be another 10mins. The mini meal was Luke warm. I’d rather go to L&L across the way.
