2/5/26, 8:25 pm, we ordered online at about 7:55, when we show up, the doors are all locked and only the drive through is open, at 8:20 pm, as a longtime restaurant employee, there is nothing wrong with closing early! (when there are no customers) however, on this night, there were around 5 cars in the parking lot, I witnessed two other customers walk up to the door trying to open it, well before close, both gentlemen inside just stared at my boyfriend and other customers trying to get in. As I said before, we ordered online, we usually are simply able to walk in and grab the food we prepaid for. Not a huge deal to go through the drive through, until the drive through is so thick of snow we were nervous of getting stuck (chevy cav) AND it took the gentlemen, who had been closing early, about 4 minutes to acknowledge the car in front of us.

Ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese. There was no meat at all on half of the sandwich. Also no pickles, that I ordered.

I called them. They said they they’re putting on extra cheese. Really!?!

I live 35 minutes away, and unless I wanted to drive back (over an hour both ways) there’s nothing they can do.

Won’t be going back there again!!!!

Couch seating and a clean, contemporary dining space, I was really surprised by this Subway when I came in! Sub itself could’ve been better, and the cookies they had were very stale, basically uneatable. Service got a bit slow but was pretty friendly, I’ve certainly seen worse.

Online google store opening hours at 9AM, we came at 8:55AM, staff walked around 9:05. She went inside for preparation and opening duty, after 10 min still open sign turned off. So we checked door but both of them closed and left. Poor service

Delicious food, clean and comfortable dining area, peaceful and quiet. What more could you ask for? I considered quitting my corporate job and moving 2 hours away to pursue the quaint art of sandwich making in such a lovely establishment. 10/10.

Placed an online order at 5:35 pm to pick up at 6:00 pm. On arrival, order was not made and employees were confused because their online system went down at 6:05. They told me that they couldn’t receive online orders due to a system error but I told them that I placed my order before 6 pm. They also ignored another customer who placed an online order and was waiting. They did not apologize, they gave multiple excuses. And I had to tell them the name on my order multiple times and finally the third time they said my order was being made. Get some competent and apologetic staff.

Waited greater than 20 minutes at drive through with no service. Called restaurant from speaker to verify drive through open. Said yes but still no service. Left after 5 to 10 minutes more without being able to order.

We normally go to Subway in Kalamazoo regularly since we live there, but were in the Stevensville area today 6/15 afternoon. Jake and Josh did an awesome job making both of our sub and wrap and were quick, friendly, and the atmosphere is good good. They seemed to enjoy what they do. This experience and food quality was easily THE BEST experience I can ever recall at any Subway. I wish Subway was this good everywhere on every experience. Kudos to this team and location. It would almost be worth the 2 hour round trip just to come back here.
