Warning: this is not Burger King, you can’t have it your way!

We went to Wow Sushi & Poke Bowl tonight for the first time. While telling the man behind the counter what we’d like in the bowl, he decided he did not like us asking him to not put the sauce on the crab mixture and then said to us, “Why don’t you try next door?” He then proceeded to take the bowls and walk into the back. We’ve never been kicked out of a restaurant for having an opinion on how we want our food before!

Also, it was 85 degrees in there, and the menus were sticky.

I didn’t know about this “hidden gem” until recently.
I was heading to Mr. Pickles for a sandwich (one of the best sandwich spots) and saw Wow Sushi & Poki Bowl just two doors from Mr. Pickles and thought I would give it a try.
I am so glad that I did.
One of the best poki bowls that I have ever had.
Everything tasted very fresh and flavorful.
Great choices for add-ons.
The restaurant is sparkling clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
If you are in the area and like sushi and Poke Bowls this is a must try.

I’m so pleased that I discovered this place! The quality is top notch. You get a lot for your money. I got the 3 scoop poke bowl. It was outstanding! One of the best pokey bowls I’ve ever had. I hope they get busier. More people need to go here and experience the greatness.

Good portion, good price, quality is 4/5 at best, owner hids portion size on purpose. You also can’t see the fish from when you order. You tell them what you want, then you pay, and then they make your food while you sit and wait. Not very effective business practice

The poke bowl was decent size and the put a lot of sauce. This poke restaurant is not like others where you go through the line and see them putting the bowl together. You order and tell them what toppings to put at the register then they bring the bowl to the table.
If you like your poke bowl with lots of sauce, this is the place for you.

Really disappointed. Ordered delivery for a poke bowl and requested only avocado, cucumber, edamame and green onion. Literally got everything in my bowl, things I specifically took off because of food allergies. I double checked my delivery receipt to make sure I didn’t mess up my order when ordering it. But looking at the receipt it clearly said only the things I requested. So I most likely will not be ordering here again.
