Perfection is the only apt review I could give Pho Bamboo. We found this gem of a family owned/operated restaurant a few months ago and have come in at least weekly ever since. The broth is exquisitely flavored and made fresh daily from scratch. Everything in terms of the experience is 5 star here. The warm greeting by the family as well as the oldies playing gives anyone the feeling they are at home the entire meal. If you like a little kick, ask for the chili paste on the side or mixed into the chicken fried rice. The fried rice is buttery delicious and always comes with enough to take a little home. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this restaurant is. If you want perfect Pho made with love, you must fit a visit here into your plans. Never a problem parking. This restaurant is at the top of the list of all the places I’ve ever reviewed. 5+ stars!!

Friendly atmosphere that the staff treated us like long lost friends. The soup base for their pho is topnotch, rich in complex flavors. We all ordered #12 large and also tried #1 appetizer. The avocado smoothies are made from homegrown organic avocado tree, as the restaurant owner emphasize again and again. The price is fairly reasonable compared to another establishment nearby.

Amazing service and food. Their broth is very tasty and you can tell they don’t use MSG, great for a rainy day. The hidden gem is the lemon soda and vermicelli bowls.
Give it a try and get to know the owners, they are really friendly and will call you by name if you become a regular.
