They don’t understand what light sauce means. An everything i come here they are rude an rush you . You can’t even order without being rushed. But they don’t rush making your food an then can’t even get it light sauce I would hate to see what extra sauce is to these people. But mostly it’s their attitude.

Every time I order my food at lunch time they seem to have a don’t care attitude one time it was the tall lady with a black mask then it was a man on the phone taking orders that kept cutting me off before I finish my order asking for my number I’m over their attitudes if u don’t want to work stay home. I’m talking about Graceville Hungry Howie. All I got to say is be prepared to check them if u get attitude it shouldn’t be.

Need a better crew. Since this place has opened, it has been the worst Hungry Howies in the south tri-states. Alabama, Georgia, Florida.

Not much to describe. It is a drive thru &/or walk in/to go pizza store. Very small, no delivery. Only pizza within 15 miles, and one of only 3 fast food options available. Employees are always very friendly and helpful. This store does not have the full menu that is available in larger towns or cities, but what they have is made well and always hot. My only complaint is that they close so early, but this is the norm for all businesses here. When I first moved here I joked that they roll up the sidewalks at 8pm except for the Dollar Stores. And they are locked up tight at 10pm. So if you are prone to munching late night and don’t want to cook, get you some food before Howie’s closes and heat it up!

In my 62 yrs of going to restaurants I’ve never seen a place soo into the Christmas ⛄ spirit!!! Wonderful decorations and even 3 separate Christmas train displays!!! The food and service was outstanding!!! And the owner actually served us and visited for a while!!! Will definitely be back in this very unique place in Graceville FL .

90% of the time that we order from Hungry Howie’s in Graceville, FL, they claim to be out of anchovies. (6/1/24) I asked about them being out of anchovies all the time when I went to pick up my pizza and the young lady that waited on me at the window kinda grinned sarcastically about it and told me that they would have them Monday when they’re truck ran. I asked for the Owner or General Managers number and she told me that she wasn’t allowed to give that out. I finally had it and called the corporate office to make my complaint. I made my complaint and was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours. Today (6/6/24) I received a call from Hungry Howie’s in Graceville, FL. I assumed that it was the Owner or General Manager that called me but he made enough excuses and referenced the General Manager enough times that I asked him his position there and he told me that he was one of the Assistant Managers. I asked him why the owner or GM didn’t think this warranted a call from one of them and he told me that the GM told him that he was busy with ovens, air conditioning and cameras so he could call and give me a credit. I told him to keep his credit because that still wouldn’t get me a pizza with anchovies anyways. I told him that since they were out of anchovies so often I figured that it was employees that didn’t want to fool with those nasty little stinky fish so, they were just claiming to be out of them to avoid having to touch them. He agreed and said that was probably correct. Since I’m not enough of a valued customer for the Owner nor General Manager to have to be bothered with a phone call from them then, I guess they no longer want my business. It’s pretty sad that the Owner nor GM could find time to call me back within the 48 hours that I was told and waited 5 days to have a high school kid call me and offer me a credit instead of wasting their valuable time on a pesky customer. I think I’ve now learned my lesson about Hungry Howie’s in Graceville. They don’t want my business so, I will no longer force my money on them.
Update: If you (Owner) valued me as a customer, then you would have picked up the phone to call me instead of having your General Manager and yourself pass this off to an Assistant Manager. It seems you have enough time to respond to a review within an hour but can’t seem to find time to call me about it. You’re just defending your business online but hiding from your customers and their feedback. Don’t pretend like you care about this and REALLY care about getting a second chance.

My Supervisor decided after a long night at work to buy us dinner. The app wasn’t working so we had to call in the order. The young lady that answered acted as though her time was more precious than my boss’s order. She didn’t even ask what flavor crust, kept asking if my boss was done with the order….. My boss and I were very close to canceling the order all together but it was late so she decided to complete the order. When asked for her name, the young woman asked why we needed it, and finally gave the name before hanging up. Please give Kaitlyn a bit of CUSTOMER SERVICE 101.
