I came here a few times before and I never had a problems it was always a man in his 30-40s serving me he’s a really respectful guy. This time however it was an older woman and I’m guessing her son and let me tell you she had the most disgusting attitude and service. People often don’t realize how service impact their store, just for that single experience I’m never coming here again

This is the first time I have been in subway in about 10 years. I didn’t think there is too many around. Jersey Mike’s was closed across the street so we opted to go here. Hands down, best customer service I have received in a sandwich shop and I go to many. The sandwich was just ok, nothing to rave about. I had the tuna fish. It was smeared on like mla spread or mayo, very thin layer. They just don’t make sandwiches like they used to. Shop was clean, looks well maintained.

This store is unwilling to honor corporate marketing campaign aka coupons.
The coupons that most everybody gets in their mailbox are not accepted at this location without additional charges and/or restrictions.
With so many Subway stores and a Jersey Mike’s directly across the street, there is no reason to go to this location ever.
Also, I asked for the contact information for the OPERATOR of the store which they refused, only allowing me to have the contact info of some shift manager that was not on site.

The woman at the counter had a problem with toasting my bread two times; she’s hindu I think….I think it was the manager not sure but she was having a bad day..I ordered a meatball 12” I asked to toast the bread before, so it can hold the meatball sauce & wont get soggy ,she had a problem with and said want you want frozen meatballs.. never going back.. especially if Im paying 18$ for a sub and a ice tea.. Jersey Mikes across the street all the way.. bye subway

I ordered a sub for delivery and I received it 45 minutes after the estimated delivery time. I called the store and the lady working at the front, not to be rude, she is Indian and is disrespectful, her tone insinuates a feeling of not wanting to be there or for customer satisfaction. I ended up calling this place and ended up having to walk to get my order. As soon as I picked my order up the driver walked into the building… that says a lot, a costumer receiving walking to get the order that is supposed to be delivered. This food is over priced and you should just go to the jersey sub place right in front of it. Their food is much better and higher quality’s
