You guys are amazing. I called to place a delivery order over the phone and the gentleman I spoke to was so polite. Even suggested better order pricing as well! They made my sandwich quickly and I had the sweetest door dash deliver driver named Chad. He even left a super nice note and I gave him a tip too. The food was fresh and warm when it got here. Got everything I asked for and couldn’t have been more satisfied! Thank you guys again! I’ll definitely be ordering from you guys in the future! Customers give this place a try please! I especially like the BLT and meatball with onion subs, both toasted. The Jones sodas are good, the soups are varied and usually excellent, especially the smoked poblano cheese soup, and the brownies and cookies are good. However, the music can be lopud and very repetitious, even boring. On our last visit, the band was jamming the one song for 30 minutes, playong the same 3-4 notes over and over. Not good.

Amazing little place! Magnificent subs, just the way I like them. I was also quite impressed with the soup, which for me really hits the spot on a cold rainy day. Nostalgic posters and music too. Loved it!

Got the turkey and provolone on sweet bread & Mac and cheese. My husband got the Roast beef and cheddar and a small garden salad. Sandwiches were amazing as always but the Mac and cheese is TRASH absolutely disgusting. You can literally taste the uncooked flour in it and it was cold! Also the people making the sandwich rushed me out like I had to tell them 5 times what I wanted because they were going way too fast and there was no one else in there but me! And once I got to the car I realized they left out the Mac and cheese, which I wish I didn’t get. I will try this location again just because it’s next to my house but I’ve been to other shops with much better customer service. I love head west but they could have done it differently. Also $6 for a small literal lettuce salad is kind of ridiculous. And one dressing isn’t enough especially for that price.

One of my favorite places to eat. I love the sweet bread. The brownies are awesome too. I love Jones soda also so I like to go there. Very reasonable price for what you get. I always get my subs toasted. I think they taste even better the next day or a few hours after. If someone that’s not from here asks me what’s a good place to eat I always mention Head West. The Turkey Bacon Ranch is my go to but I’ve never had a bad sub from there. Soups are also amazing. It has a great vibe when you walk in the door. If you have never had Head West I suggest you try it. Sub sandwich lovers it’s a must. If you say you’re a sub sandwich lovers and you haven’t been there your not a sub sandwich lover.
