I originally ate at Lecroy’s in 1992 at the old location. At the time I thought that they had the best chicken in the world. Last night on a lark, I drove from Decatur for dinner. I can declare after 33 years that it is still the best dang chicken I’ve ever had. The crust is so delicate and delicious. The hushpuppies and onion rings are spot on! The service was great too. I’m going back again soon and bringing people with me!

So amazing I came in at 8:30 in a very nice lady. Asked me if I wanted to eat in or if I wanted to dine out and I said I would dine out because it was late but she said it would be fine if I ate there that right there told me it was the right place for me. I tried the smoke wings, ribs, potato salad and the best coleslaw I’ve ever had in my life. Not to mention hush puppies and a drink and everything came to only $21. I can’t believe it. Also, I got the peanut butter pie on the house. Can you imagine? I felt like I was in heaven best place I’ve eaten in a long time. Definitely worth the drive

Great food! This restaurant offers a great family atmosphere. The waitresses are very nice and helpful. They offer prompt service and are very accommodating.
I would recommend the smoked wings, BBQ nachos or chicken fingers. They often have weekly specials that are delicious as well. My kids are obsessed with the chicken tenders. Give Leroy’s a try! This is a local gem!

First time having their smoked wings, and I have to say the absolute best I’ve ever had. My nephew and myself got the large. We didn’t want buffalo just smoked and man was they great. Whatever that little bit of sauce they put on the smoked wings is, is great. I’m also not a very big white sauce fan, I know kill me. But their white sauce is awesome. I highly recommend the wings. I’ve got to take my youngest son. He absolutely loves wings and I believe he would love theirs. Very very pleased!!!!

This place is a hidden slice of heaven. My wife and I drove here from Huntsville to see what all the amazing reviews are about. We had a large rib plate. It didn’t disappoint! The prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. We will be back! Thank y’all for an amazing dining experience!!

A must-have!!! Was in the area on an overnight trip to pick up car parts. Read about this little gem on Google and decided to give it a try! So glad we did! We arrived a little late and they were sold out of fish and chips, ribs, and BBQ chicken. We almost left because I really wanted ribs but decided to give it a try. I ordered the BBQ salad with boneless wings as an appetizer. Hubs ordered 2 meat combo with smoked chicken and fried shrimp! Boneless wings were finger licking good – no frozen bagged wings here! The salad was amazing! Shrimp was some of the best I have tasted. Service was excellent! Everyone truly did treat us as family even though we were from over 200 miles away! So very glad we didn’t leave! And before we left, I got two ribs fresh off the pit that were divine and a basket of fried squash that was the BEST I have ever had! When we’re back this way, this will always be a stop for us!!!
