The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The guy with the mid length black hair and glasses has the absolute worst attitude and moves at the pace of a turtle. It took me 45 minutes to receive my pickup order I placed via the app. Mind you, I was in the store the ENTIRE time. He delayed my order that was placed before everyone else and stared at me as I was waiting. He never once said “hello, thank you, or even any simple greeting” to anyone in the store. I got depressed just being around this man.

I went in on Wednesday and had the most pleasant experience. The store was spotless, and the two employees that helped me were excellent! Melissa who helped me set up a rewards account and Maurilio who made my sandwich! Delicious sandwich, amazing customer service and all around a pleasant visit. I will be coming back!!

I visited this location twice on consecutive days and was very disappointed with the customer service.
My first visit was on January 10th in the afternoon for lunch with my son. The staff member who assisted us (I believe her name is Martha) was extremely rude, not only to us but also to customers who ordered after us. Although the behavior was unpleasant, I assumed she may have been having a bad day and chose to move on.
Unfortunately, the second visit was worse. I returned the next day with my son and his coach. While we were waiting in line, the customers ahead of us took a few extra seconds to place their order, and the same staff member began yelling and using inappropriate language toward them. When it was our turn, there was confusion during the ordering process. Instead of calmly clarifying, she again used offensive language toward me. The situation was so uncomfortable that my son’s coach had to ask her to be respectful.
I have never experienced this type of behavior at any other location. Additionally, on both days, the restroom was locked. I usually associate this brand with good customer service, which made this experience especially disappointing.

My sandwiches were fresh, tasty, and made just right! And let’s talk about that Oreo foot-long cookie —OH. MY. WOW. Soft, sweet, and absolutely delicious!

First time I have been to this Subway. It was 1:05 pm. on Monday, and there was one person ahead of me, and one person was preparing the food. He appeared to not be sure of himself and literally had his earbuds so loud in his ear that everything had to be repeated. It took over 30 minutes for him to make the person ahead of me order, which was two 12″ subs. Finally, someone from the back came out and took my order. When I got back to my vehicle to eat, the 6″ veggie sub I got was the worst I’ve ever had. The veggies were old and tasted stale. Most of their selection was not available, and I didn’t feel the meat was safe. The establishment was dirty, I will NEVER go back there.

Went here with my husband for lunch. When we walked in, no one said hi or anything. My husband then asked the lady working the front how she was doing (her name was Marta) & she just stood there staring at him with the nastiest look and didn’t say a single word. He then asked if they had any meatballs for the meatball sub. She looked at the meatball tub & just pointed her finger. Still not saying a single word. My husband and I decided to leave with not feeling welcome there at all. As we left, I told her that she should try being more friendly and that it’s not very welcoming to a customer and we left. She laughed as we were walking out. I understand that working in the food industry is hard, and it is a holiday. As someone who has worked the food industry before, I get that. But there is no excuse for the way this lady acted. I’m honestly disappointed, as this was the first time I was trying subway in years. I stopped eating subway due to this reason & yet the first time I come back this is how we are treated. It’s sad. Do better subway, train your employees or find someone willing to do their job and have the decency to say hi. Or not to mention, maybe don’t have your kids hanging out at your work while you’re working. Extremely unprofessional.

The older lady working is straight rude. Anything you ask she has an attitude. My daughter who is 7 years old asked for extra pickles and the lady only gave her 3. Idk how she still has a job here but I’m not happy with the service at all. And then proceeded to ask for a tip. Absolutely not.
