I’m not gonna completely knock this place but I gotta say the good thing first the food was excellent. I got a protein steak bowl with chips and it was pretty good. Not a bad part. The service was horrible. The staff was standing there when I walked in looking at me like I was a alien or a zombie from a different planet no greeting or Smile on Their faces like they didn’t even want to be there cashier was looking mean & The women making chipotle bowls Was looking like why is he in here type of thing I was like wow! Never had horrible customer service like this They did take my order walked up. What do you want in the bowl? Not even polite at all and just doing my food inside of the bowl, not even trying to do it with care! Also, dining area was filthy food everywhere drinks, cups all scattered everywhere! They had like they haven’t cleaned in like three days and that place fountain with the fountain drinks look horrible so I got a bottle drink! Probably won’t be returning there unless they get better management & workers!!

First they didn’t bother putting the food in the letter stand for pick ups, taking a while to find the food. The burrito wasn’t a burrito…instead it was a bowl. It was also to have extra meat (what I paid for) instead it had barely any… and the chips were essentially non existent… terrible

We got a Chipotle Party Pack for 10. It was delicious! Plenty of protein and sides. My family loved it. It came in a beautiful box, ordered ahead and pick up exactly on time.

I love chipotle and this place is always on point. Clean and organized. The staff is always attentive and fast with their service. A guy came in behind me with out a mask and the cashier promptly asked him to go get one while in store. This made me feel safe here, as well. The last preparing my food explained the build your own to me and it is the best deal ever. I got the taco ingredients, a small adorable chip bag, salsa, and a drink for under 6 bucks! Amazing!! Will definitely be back!

I went in at a little after 6 pm. None of the containers had been flipped and the food was cold. I asked for corn salsa and it was almost out and there wasn’t even a backup. Thankfully I was getting my food to-go so I was able to heat it up. I am a chef. I know how a restaurant should be run and this isn’t it. I live Chipotle but I will not be visiting this location ever again. It was gross. No one had wiped up or cared to make the food look appetizing. The guacamole was even starting to turn.

Stopped at the local Chipotle, ordered the chicken burrito and it was good. The staff was very friendly and the place looked very clean. It has a modern rustic look with lots of metal everywhere. The chairs are not very comfortable but it’s ok for just a quick bite. There is bar counter & stools wrapped around the outer inside edge for seating but really nothing nice to look at outside the window. Tables only seat 4 but you can move them together if your party is larger. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because they charge you $1.40+tax for chips & they did not offer us any extra salsa for our burritos.

Place has been going down hill. Inconsistent food measuring between preparers, inconsistent price for the same exact meal every time which should be 18.46. Today I bought my usual. Bowl with brown rice, 2 full meats (steak and chicken), brown beans, peppers and onions, sour cream, and guac. 23.38 a 5.00 increase over same meal last month? Further, I got probably a quarter less food than I normally get. Not happy with the inconsistencies and lack of interest from the folks that work there.

I usually go around noon on weekdays for lunch. Portion sizes have been getting smaller while prices remain high. It seems management is intentionally reducing serving sizes. One manager (or employee) even loudly reprimanded a coworker for giving what used to be the normal portion.
