Came here with a group of 4 as a walk in on a Saturday night. There was no wait. The cocktails were delicious. I ordered a tequila yuzu drink which was great. The old fashioned was very well balanced. The tea drink was amazing. I was surprised by how good the food was. The mussels and shishito peppers made for great starters. The pork chop was one of the best I’ve ever had, so tender and with delicious spiced apples, mustard, and puree. The fries were perfectly cooked with the burger. Everything was delightful and I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend this place for drinks and food.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit on Valentines Day. The staff was wonderful. It was our 1st time dining here. The appetizer, food and dessert were all delicious and fairly priced. We ordered both n/a drinks and regular. The taste and presentation were great. The atmosphere was welcoming and beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful night. We look forward to seeing you again.

Cute ambiance with a nice bar. The cocktail menu and presentations stand out, but the taste of them dont live up to expectations. Staff doesn’t seem to be too hospitality driven and more casual, but they were friendly. Food comes out in large portions. Ordered shishito peppers, mussels, mushroom salad, portobello sandwich – pass on these but will give some other dishes a try. There’s potential and a great addition to Ferndale.

I’ve been here a few times now the menu is rotating. The Blackened Tuna Steak is absolutely amazing! I’ve had it 3 times. It comes with a sweet potato puree which is not to sweet and compliments the tuna perfectly. Along with a Chipotle type butter that is nice and Smoky flavored. The Steak Frites is really good, I had it medium it was very tender perfectly cut pieces added some sort of caramelized onions which made it excellent, The onions complimented the steak very well. The arugula salad was good. We had a few different mixed drinks from the menu they were all tasty including an off menu drink that was very good. For dessert we had the chocolate mousse with strawberries. It was good, could have been a little more flavor popping. Portions vary depending on what you get, overall I feel like the portions are pretty well sized for the price/flavor experience, this is not your everyday place for average Joe, this is for fine dining or wealthy. Our bill was over $200 with tip. Staff is very kind (shout out to Kate!) Owner is very kind and knowledgeable about drinks and their menu even though it’s rotating. Service was quick, possible slower service if at capacity. Bar is small but nice. They have a lounge with free pool! A very nice lounge! New fall menu is here and the items look very good.

Loved our experience at syndicate. The mood lighting, the patio, clean and well decorated bathrooms and ambiance was spectacular. Hostess was kind and we didnt have to wait even on a Saturday. I will say we finished apps before even placing out order making us late for my friends birthday party. My only suggestion is give yourself time to enjoy the experience. Will visit again.

Went last night the lady that was doing dishes at the bar was mad weird, it gave racist vibes. She barely wanted to speak or answer questions. Our waiter was nice tho. The flatbread was good. The truffle fries taste like and old house. I expect to be treated respectfully when I’m spending my money RACIST OR NOT….

Our server, Kat, reminded us that the menu changes completely every few months; so my pictures of the current menu are merely a snapshot in time.
Bruleed Feta with Figs & Naan – really good! The sweet and savory totally works here. Recommended.
Smoked Cauliflower Bisque – tasty without being too rich or salty. If you are looking for a soup that whispers “autumn”, this is it. If you like Smoked Squash Bisque, you will love this.
Mushroom Ravioli – so good, with the surprise of the sun dried tomatoes. Recommended!
Synful Grilled Cheese – I came for the fish, but the description of this looked so good, I switched my order. Sadly, it was not as good as I expected. It’s a huge sandwich, but pretty bland. The bacon is too salty for the cheese it’s paired with, and the apple slices don’t really hold up at all in the mix.
Sea Salt Fries – excellent. Thin and crispy. Served with a little dish of catsup.
Syndicate adds 20% gratuity automaticly, and a 3% credit card surcharge to the bill, even if you are paying cash. That’s never cool. Be careful or you could be tricked into tipping twice.
Recommended, but watch your bill, especially if you have had a few cocktails.

First time to Syndicate and absolutely loved it. Chill and welcoming atmosphere. Delicious hand crafted cocktails and yummy appetizers. Cool indoor area but also we found out about the outside patio, pool table and extra seating. We will definitely be back and a special shout out to Janelle, the bar manager, who made our tasty cocktails and showed us around the building. Great space. Can’t wait to come back!

We had high hopes for this place. We were there to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The booth seating was horrible. We kept slipping down on our seat. We ordered calamari and it was heavily breaded, fried and dry inside. We ordered bread and was served 4 cold dry and dry pieces with butter. I ordered the kale salad with quinoa and the kale was wilted and dry. The manager tried to say that it was massaged. There was no oil on the kale that needed to be massaged, it was just not fresh. Very disappointed in this place. And to add more to the experience, they charged us an extra 3% for using a credit card. Our waitress, Lauren, was excellent, however.

Absolutely incredible dining experience. So much thought put into every detail. All the cocktails are incredible and so unique. Everything recommended by our server Luna was 13/10, and she was so friendly, as was the rest of the staff (and they were very well staffed and moving with the kind of efficiency you don’t see often these days). My only regret is not trying it out sooner. Also had really impressive NA drink options!
