We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Came with my dad on a whim Saturday morning at 9:30 was able to sit right away and asked for a booth for comfort, it was no problem. Was greeted warmly by our server Lauren who was very friendly and efficient already holding coffee for us. Meals were delicious dad had the chickichanga which he has been trying to duplicate their sauce ever since trying it for the first time years ago but can’t seem to make it as good as the original. I had an omelet with goat cheese spinach and onions which was melt in your mouth good with the creamy goat cheese. We also tried the blueberry lemon cornbread special which was a little too delicious but we took majority home with us. Would definitely recommend. Ask for Lauren!

First Watch on the corner of Alafaya and Mitchell Hammock never disappoints. The staff is consistently courteous, and the restaurant, seating areas, and restrooms are always well maintained. My server today was Abby—a familiar face who is always so pleasant and welcoming. Wait times are usually short (except Sundays, which is to be expected), and there’s plenty of parking available. I ordered my go-to, the Chicken Pesto Bowl, and as always it was fresh, flavorful, and filling. Highly recommend this location for great food and friendly service.

I’ve never had anything bad at this place. Every time I try something new is really good. The waitresses are also very nice! When my dog was a puppy she made a little bit of a scene over there because she was scared, but our waitress was so understanding and nice. She brought her water, and was really patient and kind!

My wife and I had a terrific morning at First Watch Oviedo and it couldn’t have gone better. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was our waitress, Tia. She was attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. She kept my drinks full the entire time and even surprised me with a to-go drink on the way out — such a considerate touch!
The food was terrific, the atmosphere was welcoming, and Tia’s service made the whole experience outstanding. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Tia again!

The restaurant was busy this morning, but we got right in using the waitlist in the app! Our server, Caleb was friendly, personal and attentive. We enjoyed the food tremendously, especially the blueberry lemon cornbread. We love, First Watch and highly recommend it!

Great place to grab breakfast. Arrived at 0830 and was able to get seated right away. By 0845, it was starting to fill up. The food and drinks were delicious and fresh. I had the Mint Iced Coffee, and it was good as well. The Turkey sausage and gravy over fresh biscuits were great, and the fried potatoes were good, too. My wife had The Traditional, whole grain artisan toast, scrambled eggs, and 4 strips of bacon with fried potatoes. Overall, a great place to stop in and grab a delicious breakfast.

Man o man, what to say about First Watch in Oviedo… great place, great food and excellent service. We slowly become regulars and I can hands down say this is my favorite breakfast place in Oviedo. The food is so good, my favorite ‘extra crispy bacon’. The staff always so friendly and pay attention to every detail anticipating our needs each time. Special thank you to Tia who since our first time coming still remembers us and says hello every time we visit. Highly recommend!

Megan was my server, we were greeted immediately, she knew all of the specials, our party didn’t have a need or want throughout the entire meal. The food camo out very quickly and was delicious. Just a pleasant experience.
