Absolutely loved this place! The customer service is amazing everyone is kind, friendly, and makes you feel right at home. The menu has something for everyone, and I especially love how the owners personally interact with their guests it gives such a genuine small-town diner feel.
The week I was in town, I ate here five times because it was just that good! My favorites: the grilled cheese, double burger (so delicious!), the crispy tots, and their daughter’s ice cream creation that tasted just like apple pie at Thanksgiving. Highly recommend this spot for great food, great people, and that classic hometown warmth.

Try the ice cream! You won’t be disappointed! We had the Strawberry pineapple whip it was amazing!! The shrimp and Mac and cheese bites are our favorite! But you can’t go wrong with a burger either! Everyone is very friendly. Food was made fast and fresh. Seating inside and outside is available.

Food was delicious. Ordered single cheeseburger, shrimp basket without basket, and Tater tots. Burger was good. bun was. cold. topped with cheese, diced onions. Mustard,ketchup and pickles. Shrimp was breaded and fried. Hot and good. Served in a tots bag. Service was nice. Place is ole fashioned. Cabin style building. Comfortable atmosphere. Popular joint for a small town. Spectacular lunch! It still has that “hometown feel” after 40 years from the last visit! I’ve cream is the specialty that brings people back time and time again! The food was quite appetizing! It was fresh made with quality products! Impressive ordering process and delivered to your table! Love it! Convenient location off the main street with plenty of parking! Great nice staff! We’ll stop there each time we’re in the area!

We gave 5 stars because we got what we paid for. This is one of those places I like to call cheap and cheerful. Staff was super friendly and the overall vibe was pretty chill.
Establishment was very clean and roomy. There were several tables and booths for indoor dining as well as a few tables outside.
Our food came out fairly fast and was tasty. We left satisfied, not stuffed, which is great for lunch. We did order the regular size on sides not large portions, just to clarify.
We probably wouldn’t make an extra trip to visit again, but would totally visit if in the area.

Best burger spot in Missouri! Fresh made to order burgers are delicious w/ fries & a coke, best ice cream in Missouri too. We rode motorcycles with friends there & it was 100° outside the owners gave us free ice cream! A wonderful stop for lunch. They truly are the most genuine, generous & good hearted burger joint this side of the Mississippi! 5 stars & 2 thumbs up!!

We went to the pecan festival a couple weeks back and stopped by to pick my dad up a tenderloin sandwich. It was packed on a Saturday, but we still got our food quick. They were so nice and the place has a good atmosphere
