If I have to choose a pizza place in the Northern Metro area that I am happy to spend money on, it’s this Broadway. I tried several other Broadway Pizza locations, but this one has the best pizza by far. Generally, I am not a huge fan of plain old pizza with red sauce and a couple toppings, but we had a work party here and I ate a slice of plain sausage pizza and it was SO good. We have ordered from here multiple times since, and it’s been great each time!
Once, they messed up our order and were so kind about correcting the mistake. Excellent customer service and really good food!

My first visit a Broadway Pizza Restaurant. I have had great pizza delivered for years. The restaurant was fun . We had a nice friendly waitress and good food. It was nice and clean ,neat with a great atmosphere. I was there with my family and Granddaughter the Granddaughter wanted play on some rides but none of them worked. That was the only negative. We will be very happy to come back for more great food. Thanks

I order from this Broadway at least 3 times a week. So I will say there food is very good, but…. the service and wait times are horrible. More of the wait times than service. All employees are usually nice and energetic, but……. I’ll sit on hold for ten minutes, I’ll ask for crushed red pepper packets or Parmesan that never comes, many times I’ve waited over an hour to get my food delivered. Many times my food has been so cold I’ve had to heat it up.

The online ordering/pick-up process went smoothly enough…bartender was friendly. The food…just edible…and that may be giving it too much credit. The burger was wrong…not a huge deal to scrap everything off…but…kind of annoying. Didn’t matter because it was not good anyway…dry burger…frozen I’d have to bet…and their chipotle ranch sauce was…strange…and the tots are some cheap frozen things…not even up to Ore-ida standards. The fettuccine Alfredo was dry with absolutely no flavor…and the chicken…it was weird…taste, texture…I don’t even know. The salad was good…better than most free salads you get. The latest reviews were good so I decided to take a chance…although my issues were more with the actual food than the service. I am in the Cities…and all over…a lot for work…always looking for new ‘go to’ places…and based on this experience…I will not be giving it a second try…nor do I think I’d recommend. I was hoping to have a meal for tonight and warm up the other after work tomorrow…but it turns out I didn’t get either. Bummer.

New to the neighborhood, so haven’t gone to the actual restaurant, but have ordered take out pizza many times. Pizza is always exactly what we want, hot, and amazing. People on the phone and at pickup are always awesome! Glad to be close to such a great establishment!!

Very nice atmosphere with smiling staff to match. They were friendly and very attentive to are needs. The manager came to our table a couple of times. Chatted with all of us and made the experience today the best ever. This was the 2nd weekend our group watched the game together and we’ll definitely go back. Trent the bartender had excellent service, was fast, accurate and he kept our drinks full all afternoon. Awesome experience!

I was so disappointed with this place. First of all I got there to pick up my food paid for it and as I got the bag I asked host if everything was there. She said oh no we didn’t have the ingredients to make the sandwich. I then said well why did you just change me for it all if it was incomplete. The host got a manager and it took 7 minutes to get my money back. I should have just said I don’t want any of it refund all of it and keep the food. When I got home the first thing I opened were the onion strings and I was in disbelieve when I saw that they were literally black they were so burnt. I then opened my salad and they gave me one half full small container of dressing for a full Cesar salad. It wasn’t even enough dressing for half of the salad. I thought about calling to complain and ask for my money back but instead I will just never eat there again. Very disappointing on all levels from service to poor food quality. Sweet taste of Italy is ten times better and half the price but sadly they are closed on sundays.

I love Broadway Pizza, and this is by-far the best location! Aside from the food being delicious, this location has great service and very relaxed atmosphere. You can always find a table. There are also daily specials.
There is a core group of good-natured regulars that seem to hang out here, and the place has a very “Cheers” vibe.

I ordered from here last night. Was extremely surprised by the delivery time! Was told it would be 1-1 1/2 hrs for delivery but had a knock on my door in less than 45min. Food was great except for the pizza. Ordered a Hawaiian chicken pizza and the chicken was like licking a salt block! Was horrible! Paid $15 for a medium pizza that I could only eat 3 pieces from!
