We had Casa Rosita cater a company lunch for 65+ people, and I can not recommend them enough! Everything was delicious and they provided stellar service that allowed our lunch to flow smoothly without any issues! 10/10. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

Would come back for the birria tacos because they had tender beef, gooey cheese, and 2 would have been enough for me. I couldnt finish the third one I ordered. The torta ahogada did have unique flavors, it came with carnitas and many interesting toppings. The burrito was huge, but had huge hunks of lettuce, would have been better shredded. A lot of red onions, rice, and beans. My kid forgot to order no onions. That is on us. The chicken taco came on a good sized tortilla & the meat had a good flavor. I tried the habanero salsa, needs a shake, as the spicy pieces fall to the bottom. It needs a little more kick or flavor like lime or salt.? They had the cutest little seating area next to a nursery, by Goodwill on Columbia Center. I will say they were super friendly & welcoming. They are not fast food, but they give you a beeper to keep with you to notify you when your order is ready. The packaging was superb & nicely done. Perfect for transporting. Cute little food truck!

Excellent food made fresh to order. We got a carne asada burrito & carne asada tacos. The meat was tender & flavorful. Definitely worth paying them a visit. For 2 meals & 2 drinks, we paid about $33, which was reasonable.

I love their food! Their tacos are too legit to quit lol. Seriously though the Birra tacos and bowl are dank. Highly recommend.

Got takeout here on a chilly day and it was excellent! The biria tacos are well worth the try and as per local family these are the best in town! The meat is perfectly seasoned and the broth is an excellent addition for dipping. Devoured it all and hoping to make a return trip any time in the area!

Casa Rosita is one of our favorite taco trucks. Fast, friendly service. Delicious food! Places to sit and relax while the amazing food is created or to stay and eat. Not cheap, but neither is the food! Totally worth the cost!! This go around, I got an asada burrito and my family got asada tacos.

Great food! We went at 3pm on a Thursday and no one else was there. Extremely fast service. Prices are more than most other taco trucks, but these were also some of the best tacos I’ve ever had.

I will definitely be going here again!

I can’t believe I forgot to review you guys. I feel guilty Welp, better late than never!

First off, their consome is unique. I can taste that tomato in there and a special seasoning. Since I know how Stacks does theirs I wanted to see how these guys changed it. I prefer Casa Rosita’s because they don’t have a lot of grease on their consome.

Second, their Birria Tacos are *hard swallow*… better. Yes, it’s hard for me to say it but here’s the thing. They don’t overdo it. They keep the taco nice and simple and they know how to balance their ingredients, most importantly the cheese. I’ve gotten too much cheese at Stacks to the point were I could choke no matter how much I chew.

Third, their torta de asada was fire. Fat torta with a decent amount of meat. It’s not that special. It was delicious.

Fourth, pricing is a little high but that’s just the way it is anywhere I guess.

No stars deducted though. Service was awesome, location is perfect especially at night I love how quiet it is. It is a real good location and I absolutely love the fact that the have a huge parking lot.

I will be back!
