2nd time trying this location thinking it would be better the 2nd time… no better customer service or lack of customer service very MID!!!! No one greats you they act like they don’t want to be there… and the amount of ice cream you get for the price ridiculous… love it size barely to the rim i will drive out my way to the one in Woodmore…. sad we can’t get good service in this area… please do better

The ice cream is mid okay at best, they don’t take time to prepare your order and are extremely stingy with the quantity for toppings. I will also add that their sanitation is poor. I had to ask for them to put gloves on while preparing my order which should be something already in practice. At checkout when I want to use my rewards they bypass them as soon as I put my number in, showing me they only care about the money. There should be care and respect place into an order. It is nice to have a coldstone in my area so put the effort in for your customers if you want the financial and community support.

Terrible service, didn’t listen to my order multiple times told him not to add whip cream and that he had to switch me and my daughters cup because she was supposed to get a like it cup (the smallest) one and I was supposed to get the love it (medium) but instead he did the opposite after me repeating my self multiple times! Will not be back EVER ! I will tell everyone to not go to that cold stone. They need to shut it down!

Definitely not the cold stone you’re used to. The ice cream is BLAND. If you know cold stone you know their flavors are flavorful. Not here it lacks flavor. I ordered the birthday cake remix and I swear it was vanilla ice cream used instead of the cake batter. Everyone starts from the bottom but cold stone has already made a name for themselves and the ice cream costs too much to just be thrown together. I don’t recommend this location AT ALL

They are slipping! Was here on 3-28-25 and always get the same thing. founders favorite, no pecans, add heath. The person clearly did not know what she was doing. No toppings what so ever!!! Nothing more than cookie crumbs on vanilla ice cream! Should have stayed in Mo county!! Ugh. Waste of money!

I Went this cold stone today with my family and as I trying to order ice cream,they were confused and it was a huge language barrier as I was ordering my ice cream…One of the workers kept trying to convince me to buy French vanilla when I kept insisting I wanted vanilla light…how are you trying to change the customers order when they told you once already?….then I tried to use a gift card and they told me I had to create an account with a third party site just to use a gift card…I walked out and went somewhere else that took my gift card exactly how it was….Go to another cold stone
It’s suitland so what did I expect…shame.
