I love pizza by the slice… Not when all you have is old pepperoni and cheese that is sitting there waiting for a customer to come in and purchase hours after cooking… I definitely had to take a pass on this restaurant due to the fact that their variety was extremely lacking any type of potential. Normal for a spot out in New Bedford Unfortunately.
If you post outside of your pizza shop that you do pizza by the slice… Don’t have two different varieties that have been cooked hours before, You guys are doing pizza by the pie, not pizza by the slice obviously.

The best for your local pizza, subs and more! We were recommended to Jimmy’s Pizza by some family and very happy we stopped in. Carleen and Lou were great and hospitable! The food was amazing! Will definitely be back.

So it’s 10:12 PM and called to order delivery and they close at 11 and my address is out of the normal for them. BUT the lady that answered was super nice and so helpful and agreed to deliver my order . Me and my wife have had a really bad day and they just brought a smile to our faces. I recently ordered a Veg Pizza from Jimmy’s Pizza, specifically requesting NO olives as I’m allergic to olives. When I received the pizza, it had olives on it. I had clearly mentioned NO olives while placing the order. They should have repeated the order to ensure accuracy. Instead, the lady working there argued with me, insisting I hadn’t mentioned anything about olives. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a replacement pizza. When I requested a refund because I didn’t have enough time to wait, the lady rudely refused, stating they couldn’t offer a refund. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to Jimmy’s Pizza.

I called and tried to order takeout from jimmys recently. The female who answered the phone was not helpful at all and very rude. I don’t order from here often and live nearby, and was very turned off by the customer service, so much so that I ended up calling back and canceling my order. Sometimes we should have some grace and guide people along with their food order instead of making them feel stupid

Use to be phenomenal food but since new ownership it’s just not the same , large sub is shorter then a foot long, before it was a nice long bun loaded to the brim, I wanted hot peppers on my sandwich and got hot pepper relish I ended up throwing the sandwich in the trash… Sad to see great business turn to a crapshoot .. unfortunately after throwing away my money I will no longer be going here and advise a new location as this one has lost its prime.. Sad to have to do but can’t keep spending money on food I’m just going to throw away ..
