It’s a shame what the quality (or should I say, lack of quality) of fast food is anymore. Does this look like “easy” lettuce? I think they mistook the order for easy on the meat & cheese. There’s not even enough cheese on there to taste, and both of my tacos were the same. I used to order their chips and cheese, and then they jacked up the price to over $2, and you might get a dozen chips. I don’t frequent fast food often, but I find myself wanting to avoid them more with every visit.

My chalupas were cold, the shell stail and cold, and only a very small dab of sour cream, for the cost of a supreme it’s pretty bad.
The taco was OK.
Pretty sad meal.
My husband’s 3 supreme soft tacos were ok, again such a small amount barely found it.
Worse meal we’ve had here, now I know why it has such a low rating.

Soon as we pull The lady said if you have more than five items you have to come in and order for some reason. I placed my order and ordered some nacho fries that were so cold and nasty. It just did not make any sense. Not sure what’s going on with this location, used to be good but now not sure if they have poor management or what? But they’re going to runoff all their business!!

I’ve been to this place multiple times and always have some type of issue this time was my last straw I accidentally pulled to far from the window and apologized to the cashier who was kind and did not care then as I’m ready to leave one of the managers who is old and has blonde hair looks at me and say “yeah next time you come here you need to get out your car or come inside” in a very rude manner like lady I’m literally leaving there is no reason to be rude as I’ve already apologized to the cashier and Im half way out my car with the door open not trying to make her reach it was a simple accident that has now made me never want to go back

So I made a mobile order here and they told me that they were out of taco shells for the Doritos locos taco. That’s understandable. Easy fix. But, everything else that I ordered was ordered as supreme and the only thing that I got on all of my other orders was tomatoes. So it was nothing but tomatoes cheese and meat. They call that supreme. This place started out decent at first but after they were open for a little while they fell off quite quick like. I do not recommend to even get a drink from here.

Another mobile order. Took a little while to get noticed but eventually was served. Everything was accurate. No complaints besides the wait. Wasn’t even busy in there, . Who knows, noobs maybe?

The food was awful. There was no carbonation in the drink machine. The ice machine was not working. Whoever owns this franchise needs to look at what is going on.
I went back to the counter to order something different. No service ..yet there were several people behind the counter staring at me. Finally a young girl came came and just said yea.
Some customer service. I responded by saying never mind.
I went next door to the Burger King in Edenton NC. Good food there

Not Telling
Tonight’s experience:
1) pulled up to drive thru
2) waited approximately 5-10mins max
3) pulled forward and peeped our horn at the windows when no one responded to the drive-thru speaker
4) was told by the person wearing a headset that their headset was turned off and we needed to pull back around.
5) we said that’s not fair since we’ve were first in line and 2 cars were already behind us now.
6) The headset person disappeared, and I’m assuming someone who is supposed to he the manager appeared and said we had to drive around, and it didn’t matter that we were first because of her headset issue.
Headset person- white female who appeared HIGH to us.
Possible Manager without nametag- black female who also may or may not have been HIGH.
Would love a better explanation and experience. Honestly, I never got angry with them, so I really don’t understand why they couldn’t just offer a better solution than to repeat what the first worker said to me.
Maybe don’t hotbox the walk-in cooler, just because you’re slow, and the Burger King next door is busy with all your lost sales.
I’ll be waiting for a reply from the franchise owner…..TBC
