The food is excellent! Probably the best cookies I’ve had at any place with a drive thru. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because you close at 9 PM. Even on Friday and Saturday. Take a look sometime at the lines late at night on the weekend. You’re missing out on 2-3 more hours of service. It would be nice to have a fourth late night drive thru option in Hartford!

Absolutely horrible! Recieved a gift card from my daughter for Christmas and wanted to treat myself to dinner. Bad idea! They don’t have delivery drivers anymore, they use Uber or Doordash. In the app it said my order would be here by 6:30pm, perfect! No one called me to tell me that after an HOUR after I ordered my food it still wouldn’t be picked up to be delivered. I called and the girl was unhelpful, said the order now got pushed to a later time. I canceled the order and she said it “should” get refunded on my giftcard! What!?! Then told me the manager would be in tomorrow if the refund isn’t on my giftcard! Perfect, looks like I’m making a unnecessary stop before I come into work!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR! Needless to say I won’t be calling my order in and if I want something delivered, I’m getting Pizza!

They sometimes make mistakes but, other then some random small stuff easily best sub place in town especially since I have a gluten allergy there unwich allows me to choose a variety and no up charge.

I just purchased $50 worth of subs for my family. As we start to eat the subs we noticed the lettuce is rotting!! I usually don’t complain but for this kind of money these employees should know better!! Very disappointed we had to throw all of them in the garbage! Gross

Worst customer service you will ever receive. No one talks to you and everyone looks like a zombie. Will not be coming back. Oh and also don’t order the number 1 if you want any toppings because we got home and there was literally just ham and cheese and bread. When I called about the mess up the employee on the phone told me I could drive back to the store to get new ones and that next time I should read the menu. Thanks bud I did read the menu hence why I ordered the sub I did. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Came in to pick up an extremely large group order and they didn’t have it. We submitted it again right in the store and the employees made 30+ subs in a very timely manner! Even wrote names on all the sandwiches. Great customer service!
