Please do not order here. I placed a order for a Caesar salad w/ cucumbers , olives, tomatoes, and boiled eggs. No croutons I was even charged extra for the boiled eggs under (ham). When my salad arrive it was a plain salad just lettuce and cheese no salad dressing was included either. Each time I called to speak to the manager they would hang up the phone. I spent 12 dollars on this salad but my total order was $63 including a tip. This place was so disappointing.

Tried to place an order tonight and was informed that they no longer deliver to our town (Essington). When asked when the change happened the girl on the phone became rude. After years of ordering delivery from this location, I feel like it was as a reasonable question that did not warrant an attitude. Reading reviews from others, it’s obviously the costumer service here is lacking.

I’ve been eating at New London for over 15 years. I’ve never seen a place go so downhill, so fast. The prices are insane for the quality of food and the last three times in a row that I’ve ordered from there, my order has been wrong. I called AGAIN to complain tonight and this time was told they don’t even answer their own phone anymore. When you call and place an order, you’re not talking to someone at the restaurant, you’re talking to a call center that doesn’t know the menu and doesn’t put your order in right. That was their excuse. Absurd. They won’t get another cent of my money. It’s a shame.

Unfortunately this was our go to, but the quality of food has gone down since the new owners took over. New employees who answer the phone hardly know what they are doing. Tonight’s disaster was a pizza with so much cheese you could choke on it and hardly any sauce. My husband found a hair in our onion ring container. Think we will be taking a step back. Do better!!!

I came from Uber Eats to leave a review and unfortunately I am leaving a review to complain. I signed into my Google account to leave this review so I want you to understand that I do feel a way.
They have several buy one get one offers listed on Uber Eats. Buy two plain pizzas get one free, and buy a cheesesteak or a chicken cheesesteak platter (fries and soda included) get one free. This was the whole purpose for why I was willing to give this new place a shot as my family was split on pizza or cheesesteaks for dinner and here was the solution. When my driver arrived I was told that someone at the restaurant said it was only one cheesesteak platter and not two even though he showed the order and even the platter had issues as I asked for salt, pepper, ketchup and mayo on it, but I got steak and cheese.. that was all! The driver said they even took the extra soda (included in the platter) from him.
In the end I did put in a refund for the missing item with Uber but I wanted you to know that the main reason I took a chance ordering from your establishment was that you appeared to have a good deal at the moment and I would have supported today after this if it were a good experience. Unfortunately you guys fell short today. Please update your storefront on the Uber app to reflect the specials you actually offer.

Unfortunately for this $10.25 Steak Royal the day before I had a very very good Steak Royal for $8. What I love about this Steak Royal and I hope I see on all future Steak Royals is sliced cheese melted to the roll. I think this really helps hold juices in and stops roll failure. The people were very nice but other than that I really did not care for this cheesesteak. It was good but could have been a lot better. Good Cheesesteak experience.

Outstanding sub and pizza shop. Visiting from out of town. One of the guys was bringing up lemonade and I kid with him free lemonade and he said sure take one. They were very nice just a friendly place to have a delicious hoagie or pizza.
