Small joint & fills up fast so get there early or better yet make a reservation.
Very nice to see where Alfio started at the side of the road under a tent to his own restaurant. Great job!

So yummy!! I am gluten and dairy free and they had both gf crust freshly made and vegan cheese!!! If you want the GF crust you need to let them know 24hrs in advance so they can prepare it! So worth it 🙂 also have gf pasta. Reservations from 5:00-5:30p. After that is walk in only

OMG where do I start about the beautiful gem of a place on the island. My daughter and I arrived to the island later in the day checked into the hotel and begin to look for somewhere to eat. When she said pizza I had my reservation but it was her birthday trip so I went along with it. When we arrived to the location it was small however very pleasant warming and welcoming. We had a very short wait before we were seated and we were there on a Friday night around 7 pm. So we get the menus looking around it looks like a lot of love and history in the place you can see everything from the food being cooked to the drinks being served. It’s like they are all family and they treat you as such the head of the establishment everyone calls her ma I thought that was so sweet she checked on us repeatedly to make sure everything was great. Now to the food I grew up on the east coast CT to be exact with countless trips to New York and been residing in Texas for about 10 years and when I say this food was so delicious I mean literally nothing wasn’t up to par we ordered a few things so we can try a variety and all of it was so pleasing I will never judge a book by its cover again I absolutely see why the ratings and reviews were so high it’s truly deserved. I’ve been thinking of the food since I returned home I absolutely recommend this place and thinking about making another trip just to come back to this restaurant. I absolutely recommend 10/10. Overall great experience!

Seriously some of the happiest people I have met on the island. Atmosphere is super chill and the food is so fresh!! I ordered basic beef lasagna and it wasn’t basic at all! Noodles tasted so fresh! Little gem that I am so happy I stumbled upon! Must try!

Wow, what a great dinner experience. The mixologist Mr. J was creating exotic drinks and the cooks were working hard on a Friday night to produce wonderful Italian cuisine. The staff are so friendly and greet everyone with a smile. I had the Meat Lovers pizza and my wife had the Stone crab linguine special. That was a spicy meatball on the pizza. My wife’s dish was amazing according to her moans of delight and finished the entire portion. A delightful night of food and fun. Thank you Alfio’s.

Best place on the island! Don’t miss this one. Make reservations and have the best Italian meal you’ve ever had. Jules was an amazing waitress, and Mom and Alfrio an spectacular cook. He even came out to say hello from the kitchen on a busy evening. What a gem of a spot!

Fantastic service, location and… of course, food! Really enjoyed the beef lasagna, it was so well-balanced both in flavor as well as structure. Just enough sauciness to be delectable yet with enough composure so as to be cut by fork while keeping its layers in place. Mom’s cake is a must-try, the dates sweeten the light spice to the point of being delectable yet it never becomes cloying, again, great balance! Wholeheartedly recommend this family-run establishment.

Delicious NY style thin crust pizza. I’ll be honest, I only chose this originally because it was walking distance from the hotel. But once I got in there, I enjoyed the atmosphere. Everyone was happy and it was bustling! I even got invited by another tourist to stay and have a drink. Maybe next time. Anyway, the garlic sauce was perfectly seasoned. They didn’t scrimp on the cheese and the pepperoni was as spicy as I needed. I’ll definitely be back.
