Valentines night we had reservations and after 2 1/2 hrs we had only gotten some of the party’s salad and appetizers. Can’t leave review for food . We left along with many other customers. Some that had been there for over an hour and had not even had their order taken. Never have I been so disappointed with a restaurant even if food was bad it was better than this janky place. ✊️✊️

Food was not good. Steak sandwich was all fat. Chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Waitress did the best she could but she was the only one working and she also tended bar. Spent $80 and McDonald’s for $20 would have been better. I can’t think of any reason to go back.

I recently moved from Washington state and stopped in for a late lunch. The staff was amazing, friendly, informative, and fun!

They have incredible local music shout out to Johnny Mac…so talented!!

And to top it off, I’ve got to meet some of the local folks who are warm, friendly, and fun…shout out here to Pansie, the dancing machine, just love this woman!!

It was ok. Our waitress was wonderful, but I’m not into the whole madigras theme. It was different. It had a beautiful entrance, but there was alcohol beverages on the benches as you walked in. We didn’t drink, but my child was asking about it. That was a great talk. The parking was confusing as well. Overall, it was a nice night out with family.

Watched 3 others get up and leave vàlentibesday. Waited 2 hours for our food. Came out looking nothing like the photo online. Sauce had no taste. Felt sorry for other couples. Rice was undercooked..I took a bet never tried it and will not be going back. Avoid if you can and don’t fall for the nice pictures. We both ordered the same meal and now driving back we seem to be getting sick and my husband vomited…something was off with that food

I came from out of town visiting family and I don’t regret coming here. The jambalaya was better than the gumbo in my opinion, it was just a bit salty. I got the plum chicken and it was phenomenal. The waitress seemed a little overworked, maybe they were short staffed, but the decorations were nice to look around at and everything tasted great. Portions were good for the price too.

Very Fun atmosphere with lots of cool decor to look at. Excellent waitress. Great music! It took a very long time to get our food. I ordered the grilled chicken salad($14) When I got it, the chicken was cold. Yummy appetizers, although not a lot for the money. The other plates looked great

We had the spicy shrimp appetizer, crab leg basket, blackened redfish, and seafood etouffee. Everything was delicious!! The service was wonderful as well. We really enjoyed our dinner here. Highly recommend

Another bad experience at Blues, so disappointing.
There were 5 of us and we sat in the Blue Note room, there was only one table that had people seated. We ordered 4 wines and one beer. We received the beer and after 20 minutes and the band had started we still had not received our wine. We got up and move the the center room because we were planning on eating too. The girl finally brought us our wine in these very small glasses and told us they only had two wine glasses and she had to go in the back and open a box to get these. We were shocked with what she had said. We just ordered appetizers to go a left. Will not be going back unfortunately

I carried my friend of 31 years to celebrate her birthday and definitely wanted to touch on some recommendations since it’s under new ownership. Congratulations by the way!The fried pickles were excellent, the Grilled Ribeye Melt With Au Jus was lacking in flavor so maybe punch it up a bit.
What I really wanna touch on is the eclectic dust collected tchotchkes and the lack of attentive service. The only person that was attentive to us was a lady at the bar. She noticed our drinks were low and offered to get us more and even came around and offered us Mardi Gras Beads in celebration of the upcoming Fat Tuesday. She was engaging. Blues has always been a good time but I do feel that under new ownership that there are areas that could be improved to elevate the experience.
