I am vegan, and unfortunately, as I was eating my last burrito, I realized there was shredded cheese inside. There was also not guac which was something extra I paid for. This location typically has long wait times (place an order at a specific time and you’re waiting 10+ extra minutes) and I’ve been patient with the staff; however, this mistake is incredibly disappointing. I tried utilizing the online chat to report feedback to hopefully receive a credit; but the pepper chat was not helpful and wouldn’t let me report my order.

Absolutely awful. I have had issues with this chipotle since the pandemic. Undercooked rice, improper serving sizes, lazy staff… but today was just downright disrespectful. My husband’s burrito fell apart as soon as he opened it. The prices increase and the service and quality decrease. We’ve complained multiple times. The store doesn’t care, corporate doesn’t care. Same issues over and over. We switched to the one on smoky hill and Himalaya but they were out of rice today!

Second guessing myself I checked the menu and was reassured that they only offer romaine and the leaves used in the salads are different.
Every once in a while an ingredient will slide into your food. This was deliberate.
Any time I visit this location the customer service is abysmal, a deciding factor in my switch to delivery.
It seems the kids on this shift 1/12/24 (2:00pm) have some jokes in their slow time and I’m unimpressed.

I was worried because of the reviews but they did an excellent job for me. I ordered 3 meals with sides for my family. Everything was perfect. Serving size, flavor, packaging, accuracy, friendliness, all perfect.

I stopped for a burrito, ordered ahead through the Chipotle mobile app, on 12/14/2025. Consistent with other reviews, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Hoping that was the only thing undercooked, I finished the burrito and my drink and got back on my way home. That was a mistake.
About 23 hours later, I was sick as a dog. Food poisoning. I was up all night and quickly cramping from dehydration, having lost too much body fluid. It was really bad. I’ll never make the same mistake again.

Our overall experience is just eh. Unfortunately the consistency of the line staff is iffy at best. Tried the new carne asada today and it was way overcooked. Changes the way the burrito tastes completely. I’m sure if they perfect the cook on the meat it will be just like the rest. At least I’m hopeful. We were acknowledged by the staff with a smile which is always nice. Cleanliness of the restaurant was just not ok. Finding a table without food smeared on it was difficult. The queso is not good. I keep homping for them to perfect it but it’s just not good.

Like others, I also quit going to this location because each time I attempted to get a burrito it was severely undersized. One time, it was the size of my fist. I never ate them because I wasn’t going to pay for what they made. Each time they said the portion sizes were right and that I would need to pay extra FOR WHAT EVERY OTHER CHIPOTLE WOULD PUT IN. And each time I told them I shouldn’t have to tell them how to do the job I’ve watched others do everywhere else tons of times.

Placed a mobile order and both meals were missing items. To pay extra for guacamole and not get it is a bit annoying. Chips were also stale. To add insult when you try to report the issue you just get a coupon for a free drink when you spend 15-20 bucks on a bowl. Insane.
