I ordered my pizza online. Received the confirmation email at 4:09 pm that said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was in the store by 4:30 and was told it would 10 more minutes. I finally got my pizza at 4:58. We love the pizza but it’s definitely not worth the hassle.

I live in Kentucky and a Simple Simon’s Calizone is a MUST when I come visit!
I had my (new) husband try it for the first time and he said it’s the best pizza he’s ever eaten!!
It was a Supreme Calizone, like he said it had the right crunch on the outside, the fillings were plentiful and that sauce they use is IT!!!!

Food was fine, the restaurant itself is a total dump. I was told it’s because they’re going carry out only, I don’t blame them, if I had a place that looked that awful and I was making food for the public I’d keep them outside too.

Placed an order online for 3 large pizzas & 2 garlic breadsticks. Supposedly was gonna be ready in 20 min. Sent my son to pick it up. He was waiting there well over 40 min! They didn’t give him the entire order. He gets home 10 min later the breadsticks, and 2 pizzas we received were not even close to fresh. They were cold. Called and told them they didn’t give me the entire order and was told that there was still a large pizza there. Didn’t bother calling to inform us and was told oh we can keep it warm. Send him back to get it and when he gets back with that pizza it is also cold and disgusting! Waste of $73.60! Will never ever order from here again! They have absolutely NO customer service period!

They took my order and asked me to wait 30 minutes for pick up. I showed up and no one wrote my order down. They had no idea I even ordered anything.
The place itself is a trash heap. The ceiling tiles are falling out and insulation is falling out of the ceiling. They’re covering the floor too. Evidently the A/C is out also and it’s hot as all get out. This place is just awful. It looks condemned and just isn’t inviting at all. It’s a waste of time and money. The owner clearly doesn’t care about this business and so I won’t return to it.

The owner and employees of this small pizza place simply can’t be beat. They have always provided me with great service and great tasting food. I love their down home on the corner atmosphere and hospitable welcoming every time I stop by. I can’t wait till their buffett opens back up, it’s the best I’ve had.
