We got a Philly cheesesteak combo with Cajun fries regular size with large unsweetened tea for 16$ and some change, and a bacon cheesesteak with large ultimate fries with large watermelon strawberry lemonade for $20 and some change after tax 40$. We ordered to go and requested ketchup, forks,napkins, and mayo. We paid 60 cents each for two cheese sauce.
The sandwiches are really good, the meat doesn’t taste seasoned but is good. The philly with cheese sauce i added that myself. We only got one side of cheese sauce, we didn’t receive any forks ketchup or mayo either. The ultimate fries are good, but they’re too salty and not seasoned, the Cajun fries are good but they need salt lol overall we enjoyed the food and will be back. The staff was friendly and respectful. The prices are too high in my opinion but again I will go back as I think it is better than subways philly which is where we usually get a cheesteak from. The bacon is real bacon which was a plus and the lemonade tastes homemade with real strawberry pieces. The tea is good and basic. Next time i will order in person and get whatever condiments from them in person to avoid them not being in there.

We love a good Philly cheesesteak, and this place was disappointing. No cheese, meat was dry, fries were cold and the soda was flat. Not impressed. Very expensive. $60 for 2 people. Subway has better sandwiches than this place, and it’s much cheaper!

Employees are too worried about having conversations with their friends that are just hanging out than to actually serve the food that they’re cooking. My sandwich sat there for at least 5 minutes, not overestimating that before. They actually put it in a tray and handed it to me along with some water that wasn’t even cold. So I paid $2.49 for warm water. Never again. Never never never never never again… And my food was cold. Water was warm.

Flying through Atlanta airport, I always bought Charley’s! Excited to see it in the mall. So had to try it! It did not disappoint. Staff was friendly. It was made fresh and to order. Ultimate fries are the way to go! Love the Buffalo chicken. Taste was great. Would definitely return. Keep up the great work guys!

My go-to place for cheese steaks. The food is always made fresh right in front of you. The staff is always friendly. My only gripe is that you have to go all the way into Town East Mall to get to it. But the food is always good and the service is always impeccable. And they work fast, most of the time a long line doesn’t take but maybe 10 minutes to get through. My favorite spot for cheese steaks!
