This Taco Bell is a little bit big in size but the parking lot is small. The service here is mediocre at best. It usually takes awhile to get the staff to look over at the counter let alone hand me doordash / Uber Eats orders and if they do, they’re usually never done upon arrival and have some long wait times. Relatively clean on the inside, ok vibe overall.

I am very disappointed with this particular Taco Bell. Its every time now i order my food and its wrong.
I order my food there without lettuce or tomato. I am allergic to the tomato.
One just one of the tacos from my doscovery box was the way i ordered it. And eveything else was incorrect. It had loads of tomatoes on the chicken burrito and lettuce on my other taco.
Its very frustrating to not get my food made correctly. How difficult is it to read the damn screen and make food correctly for your customers!
This is a huge disappointment since i spent the last of my money b4 my next payday, in a week to get food for me and my girl and its not made correct yet again.
This has started being a problem in the last few months and is a great disappointment.

$17.33 for WHATTTTT? One meal and chips & cheese. Mexican pizza had NO meat only beans and was very dry! Please see pics for reference. Easily one of my worst taco bell experiences ever. I threw away the mexican pizza after 2 bites. It was nasty! The two tacos had hardly any meat at all hardly any cheese and a spec and i mean a spec of sour cream. Such a disappointment. The chips and cheese and my pepsi were the only thing that tasted good and I’m sorry that’s not worth $17.33. I will not be eating at this taco bell again and honestly for that price probably not anymore. Do better Taco Bell.

Prices are higher than other Taco Bells. E.g., the $9 Luxe box is 10.49. That’s 17% higher. Also, they will not take an order at the counter. I hate that. It takes 4 times as long.

Incredibly rude staff! We went to pick up our mobile order,waited 30 minutes in the restaurant for it to even be ready,(even though the order was placed 20 minutes prior) and were told by staff that “the order wasn’t ready” when asking for an update on our order. The employee at the front counter then demanded we go through the drive thru to get out food after waiting so long,in which we received it soggy and cold. They lied about having our order ready,and we’re very rude. Don’t go to this location,just go to the canyon park one,much nicer staff there and actually competent employees.

Been here twice now. Both times were good. When places like this open it’s hit or miss and the staff here are doing great. One person in my family has dietary restrictions and they nailed it both times and wrote it clearly on the bag. They get big rushes but maintain prompt service. Additionally, the ingredients and ratios are perfect. Just look at this taco. It’s solid for a fast food taco.

I hate having to order at kiosks! I wanted to ask a question about something and I was ignored even though several of the employees looked right at me. I finally got tired of waiting for someone to come ask me if I needed help and got someone’s attention but she didn’t understand me and had to get someone else. They no longer have the menu item that I asked about. Also, if you are thinking about purchasing the employee recommended “tator tots” just be aware that they are NOT tator tots, they are small potato cubes… and you get a VERY SMALL container of them for $3.00! Do not be fooled by the picture at Taco Bell that makes it look like you get a decent amount for $2.99, you do not. I am going to attach a picture of the very small container of potato cubes. One picture is on a Taco Bell napkin, you will notice that it only takes up about half of the napkin in length… and their napkins are not large! The other picture is of the container on top of my soda lid… and that is NOT an extra large lid either! Taco Time, next time!

Ordered a cantina chicken bowl and for the price received peanuts. Pic attached..hardly any rice and meat. Instead of asking do you want to pay for more chicken may be just do a decent size for the price . I will not recommend this place if the price vs quantity is this way.
