The food can be good when they cook it properly. But there are too many inconsistencies. One of the main issue is a language barrier between the cashiers and the cooks. Also, be aware they charge you extra for using your debit card.

Went here. Nothing was cooked thoroughly. My fish was soft & pink. Gizzard were gummy & undercooked. The fries weren’t even cooked. Then I didn’t get my coleslaw. Horrible waste of $35. 1 star is the lowest that’s allowed …. they deserve negative stars!!

I came late at night. the cashier was very nice and attentive. (sidenote: only the drive thru is open after a certain time) the food was just okay. it could have used more sauce, but that is a personal preference. overall it was edible and no real complaints.

The service at this establishment is quite slow. After placing an order at the speaker, one must wait at the window while the staff confirms the order. This is followed by an extended wait for the food, which often arrives with cold fries and overcooked meat. I recommend considering an alternative dining option.

On Doordash service was good but the doordasher was waiting forever for the food . It’s all soggy we have to put it in the oven to hopefully make it edible, we also got 6 things of hot sauce, no tzatziki sauce for the gyro puff, they didn’t give us put extra Cole slaw we ordered.

I can’t speak on the atmosphere as I only went through their drive-thru but the food and service were both AMAZING and I look forward to visiting here again in the very near future!! The catfish was so good, but they did forget to give me my coke slaw… but the lemon pepper seasoning and mild sauce were all that I was told they would be for sure!!
