Has an atmosphere close to the Cop Shop bar very happy
They only have beer on tap,
They choose not to offer mixed drinks or hard alcohol
Visit bar street in Central Wausau WI Fun Times:)

Handicapped Accessible/ADA
And had no trouble getting into the building
Or more importantly.
It’s just the kind of place you stop by for a beer on your way home from work, friendly atmosphere and all are welcome

Amazing fish fry and fun staff.
Update … well for years I got fish fries at Denmar. Can’t do it anymore. Lately the fish fries have been really greasy and for some reason they’re putting cucumber in their potato salad lol that’s a little weird.

I totally enjoy there fish fry and the large shrimp they have. They are all very nice and treat the public with respect. It’s my favorite place for a fish fry. It’s only walking distance from my home. Their wings are fabulous too.

Decent prices, good food, and overall a fun crowd, except for that one loudmouth lady that kept soliciting some kind of makeup she sells….Younique I think? She was extremely rude, would not take no for an answer, was cutting other women down, trying to pick fights with other patrons to the point where she got physically aggressive. I’d love to come back but I won’t if she’s there. I really didn’t appreciate her attitude, not did my clients. I almost lost a client because of her being so pushy, constantly interrupting our conversation, forcing her product information on us, etc. I know I’m not the only one who was having issues with her. Feb 2022, wings sucks now… idk if the one who tend to it sucks or just hates us. I understand the price going up, but the taste to tumble like that. Extra crispy? more like extra burnt. Salty from over cooking it, hard and dry. Good memories to the wings i use to brag about to my friends, turns to ashes like the wings i got.
Positive side, the bar still a fun and nice vibe to be at still. Still going to be there, for the beer, not for the wings anymore. 4* because it still is a decent bar in wausau. Would’ve been 5 if the wings or who ever made it, makes it the same as before.
