I was not happy with our order last night. When we got home and looked at our pizzas they were not to the standard of what I would thing Papa John’s expects. They had bare spots of no cheese, the crust edge was larger than what it normally is leaving less room for toppings and it didn’t taste the same. It was like they didn’t prepare the crust correctly to rise or something. I’m not sure if they had new employees or what the issue was but not worth the money I spent for pizzas. Will try another pizza place next time.
I would rather you take the extra few seconds to make sure the pizza is correct before putting it the oven than just rushing not making it correctly and sending it out to the customer.

Maybe my expectations were too high when ordering a Papa Bowl. I got two of them and they looked like an over cooked TV dinner from the early 90’s. Like the ones that had the Mac n Cheese or brownie that would somehow have the hardest black burnt pieces everywhere. It’s a shame really, their pizza is normally good. That’s what I get for trying something new!

Its one thing to be busy, but to knowingly deliver COLD pizza that even looks like day old….. completely unacceptable. Called and they basically said they didnt care…. that they were very busy. No way to do business!! I told him he was forcing me to leave a bad review and his reply was… do what u have to do.

We did a pickup order! Well first off it doesn’t have an option for 0 ⭐️ So it’ll have to be a 1 We ordered 2 pizza bowls and they weren’t full at all. It was maybe a cup and a half of veggies and cheese and that’s it and for the price That’s ridiculous! I’ll just make it at home next time since no one wants to do their job anymore!

Just moved back to town and have ordered several times from this location and I gotta say…. y’all need practice on that crust lock. The pizzas also usually have bubbles in them which pushes the toppings around on the pizza. In the pic I included you can see how the cheese and toppings have been pushed more towards the center of the pizza. The slices were about 1/3 crust or bubbles and 2/3 toppings, sauce, and cheese when the cutest is supposed to be like an inch and even around the whole pizza. Very disappointed because I also used to work at this location several years ago along with the Westport location and they were on it about the pizzas looking better than this. And sometimes the breadsticks from here are more like bread thumbs…short and fat and shaped like a thumb. Other than that I like this location, thin crusts are great and cheese bread has always been good.

Cheese sticks have cheese on maybe half of them. We have quality issues with this location all the time. The pizza has been bad for a long time but I thought they could get cheese sticks right. Wrong!!!

Our order was ready fairly quickly. We ordered extra cheese and there was not extra cheese on our pizza and there was a lot of sauce on the pizza too. Otherwise it was good. The cheesy bread sticks were nice and cheesy.
