I absolutely loved 12 Stories Coffee!
The cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home, and the natural, rich taste of the coffee was so good it made my mouth water. I stopped by for the Old Time Saturday Night on my way to the Dallas State Fair, and I’m so glad I did — I even came back for more! If you’re heading to the fair, make sure you stop here too. It’s definitely worth it!

Awesome experience! The shop is wonderfully charming and both coffees I had were fantastic. I got a pour over and an Air-erico black. It’s tasted wonderful I didn’t need any cream or sugar (normally thats my hint I don’t like it).

We really enjoyed our iced coffees! We tried the caramel and hazelnut flavors, and I appreciated that they made sure there was more coffee than ice—I love that! The café has a clean, modern, and minimalist style, and Juan José was an excellent barista. I’ll definitely be back!

Overall I like this place. It’s a good atmosphere and the coffee is typically good. But if you plan to get a specialty or seasonal coffee, it really missed the mark. Really didn’t taste good. This last time, I brought it back and told that barista I would like something else, and she didn’t ask me if there was something wrong – she just charged me for a different coffee. I like this place, but it’s not my favorite

Hidden gem delicious piping hot coffee I could go on and on I cannot wait to go back!!!! I’m not from Farmersville but this spot adds to the charm of this town !! gorgeous so friendly you could feel the history , feel the family feel the welcome hospitality . The young barista behind the counter worked so efficiently and again crafted coffee so delicious 10/10 will recommend time and time again !!!

Got the monthly iced coffee special, it was delicious. My barista had a great recommendation and it made it that much more flavorful. Almond croissant was also yummy. He also showed off their neat foam art!

One of the coolest coffee shops ever! Definitely a bit of a hidden gem in Farmersville. Staff is so nice and welcoming. Treats and coffee are GREAT!! But most of all the decorations are so cool and it is a very good place to chill. Everyone should go here!!

Favorite spot for coffee and studying. Their backroom is awesome and the lattes by far are the smoothest I’ve ever had. Always enjoy the company and friendliness of the staff and owners, they make each visit easy-going and memorable. The new additions to the menu and unique handmade sodas and coffee drinks definitely makes one want to come back and try more.
