My extravaganza pizza was not only good it was delicious… no olives extra cheese. It was perfectly made and cooked. Also got Parmesan bites and they were buttery and soft. Can’t wait for pizza again…..

The pizzas were well made and I could tell care was put into our order. The two associates were friendly and efficient. The Domino’s in Morrisville,NC can take some advice from these guys. The featured picture is of the sandwich I ordered for my daughter, she wanted a plain Philly Cheese steak Sub and this is what we got! The rest of the order was okay, but this ruined her meal and my mood. Quality Control should have caught this.

You can live 5 minutes away and it will still take 30/40 mins for a delivery. Then I order 2-3 times a week always gets taken two houses down. Constantly have drivers who have attitude. It’s only two or three drivers who are nice and polite

I had a terrible experience at the Domino’s in Altavista. The customer service was absolutely awful. The staff (4) was rude and unhelpful, and they seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. Also paid for sauces that were not given which only added to the frustration. I won’t be ordering from this location again. If you’re looking for good service, I’d suggest going elsewhere!

However, after I fully explained the situation; he took time to really listen to my concern(s) and understood the reasoning for my complaint(s). He then went above and beyond to provide a resolution. DO NOT BUY PIZZA HERE!! I ordered a new york style pizza with 3 topping, 1 of the toppings i ordered was extra cheese, the cheese was so thin that it didnt look like it had any cheese at all. The crust was as thin as the cheese. The taste was borderline INEDIBLE!!!! Worst dam pizza i’ve EVER HAD!! $ 16.16 for a nasty tasting pizza and 3 garlic sauces, WHICH WERE ALSO INEDIBLE!! I will put the word out about this horrible place and its horrible pizza. DONT GET PIZZA HERE, ITS GARBAGE!!!

I ordered on line for store pick up in Altavista, Va. When I picked up, only one guy was working the entire store. He was making orders, answering phone, taking payment for pickups. He did an outstanding job! My order was ready on time, perfectly prepared, hot and delicious! Awesome job young man!
