My husband and I were amazed!
The Seasonings, definitely not something You find anywhere else.
The Coleslaw was great definitely its own amazing flavor. But my favorite side was the Potato Salad! It was Delicious. I was going to get the fries in place of the potato salad But I am glad She changed my mind.
I regret Not getting the owner’s name because She’s just a precious soul! And her Service was the cherry to the Cake. She didn’t have enough of the pork belly but she replaced it with a rib and Extra Moist brisket! She also gave me Dessert LOVED EVERYTHING, Can’t wait to come back!

Finally, I am giving this place a try and and I would recommend the pork belly as well the Elgin sausage.
I know I wanted to sample more than one meat as I got a quarter pound of brisket, chopped beef, pork belly, Elgin sausage, turkey, and chicken as well ribs, with corn and mashed potatoes
It’s a decent BBQ quality for the price, and it’s nearby, but as it’s a step up from poke Joe’s or Bill Miller’s. But to compare it to others, I don’t think it’s giving any wow factors, in my opinion.

I used to go to this restaurant quite frequently. But it’s been over a year since I’ve been until this week. The meat did not have much of a smoke flavor. We ordered moist but the meat was very l op ean, and they were out of a few sides. The tea was old, the chocolate cake was old and dry underneath the icing. The icing was good though. We are very disappointed. The one lady upfront was very friendly and kept apologizing because of how long it was taking and what all they were out of. The lady from the back when she came up to the front was not friendly at all.

A local favourite of mine, these past 22 years. I highly recommend the Frito Pie, and the meatloaf (Thursdays only). Great BBQ sauce and great brisket as well. Becky always makes you feel welcome immediately upon arrival. Excellent service all around.

I always ordered from here but the food looked strange today. I saw in the reviews that the owner changed, which made sense! I made a Grubhub order and they called me to replace the mash potatoes with potato salad since they had ran out. No biggie, but the turkey is diced rather than in slices, which made it look weird. The food was decent but they forgot to add the onion and the pickles which didn’t sit right in my mouth. Will I order from here again… yes but it’s not the best quality. It’s affordable and you get what you are paying for! For better results, I’ll rather use the extra $10-$15 and order from Rudy’s. This review is intended to not bash the new owner or owners, but help them improve in their future online delivery orders and service.

I don’t know what is happening to this place. The food was amazing, but the service needs a lot of work. First, they say they are open 4 days out the week (which is not convenient), but then when you go on days they say they are open, there is a good chance they still will be closed. So dealing with them is really hit or miss. Not really sure if we can take this business seriously anymore.
UPDATE Nov 2022: I gave the new owners a chance. They seem nice. I ordered my usual sandwich: The BBQ beef was good, but they put it on sliced bread, which I don’t like. I prefer the BUN like the previous owners did. Also, new owners had their kids show up after school, and they were running around making noise, sneezing and coughing. I know the owners are new, so please listen to reviewers to solve these issues. I understand not having a babysitter, but please understand this is still a restaurant business that requires customers. Please update the menu to keep favorites from the previous owners, and keep the dining area kid-free, quiet and clean.

I have been a long time customer of Branch BBQ before the change of owners, I will no longer be a customer. I went at 11:15 and had to wait as the employee finished the online orders. I ordered and was told she did not have chopped beef ready so I waited since I ordered 2 chopped beef sandwich’s and one of my meats was chopped beef on the two meat plate. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told she had chopped beef now but no sausage (the other meat on my two meat plate). When I asked if I could just do double chopped beef, I was told she didn’t have enough for that and doesn’t want me waiting anymore. She said all she could do was have me pick a different meat or give me $2 back. I went ahead and just picked brisket since it was not for me. The chopped beef did not taste as good as it used to. The fries, which were very good before, were soggy and cold. And the brisket was in chunks and so fatty that the individual could not eat it. I tried to reach out to the owners on their website but got no response! I wish the previous owner never sold this 🙁

Today I ordered a sausage and brisket plat through Grubhub. The food made it on time but it was absolutely horrible! The sausage was so dry that it tasted like it had been microwaved several times. The sausage and brisket was disgusting and neither had flavor. It tasted like paper. The potato salad was also disgusting and had huge chunks of onions that made it worse. The beans were somewhat edible. This was my first experience with this place and I will never order from them again. This was the most disgusting food I’ve had in a very long time.

It’s new ownership and the people are so rude. For one Small rib they charge as a whole meal. All thr food was serve half spooned. Double meat is 2 small ribs. The place smelled real strong. I give a 1 Star because it won’t let me give no stars. Old owners were so much better.
The lady won’t even agree it was nee ownership so they are trying to go off the old owner reputation. The helper had to tell us the truth……….
