The food’s good, whenever it’s made right. The coffee is decent, whenever it’s made right. Which many of those times, about 80-90% of the time, it never is, you’re much better off either going to Starbucks or BigY right across the street for coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches, because at least neither of them would blatantly ignore the fact that I had the order confirmation for food I got, but was refused service just because they didn’t have a little piece of paper saying they received the order, which I can only assume they threw the receipt out and said they “didn’t get it.” When me and my brother asked if there was anything we (or God forbid, they) could do to, and they just kept saying that because they didn’t have the receipt, they weren’t going to make the food, then when my mom called back asking what was going on with the food, they hung up on her and took the phone off the receiver!
Would give this a zero stars, if I could, but I can’t. BigY has much better food, anyway and will never be ordering from this DD again. 0/10, will never recommend, not even to my worst enemy.

My order was wrong twice simple unsweetened tea iced with four liquid sugars. Do give me iced coffee black. Told him I’m ordering ice tea not coffee. At which point I saw Eric just manager one of my order fixed he told me because he was stressed out to go to a different store

Shift leader shouldn’t be training people. He was rude to his new staff, embarrassing them in front of, not just their co workers but also a line of customers watching. However the only person that should be embarrassed is him. He wasn’t correcting them he was trying to show everyone he was the man in charge. Only thing he showed is that he didn’t deserve the position. Because of his poor leadership skills it made the line move slower. I waited 10 min for 1 ice coffee after I had already paid for it. Point to be made is you get more with flowers then vinegar. Get rid of him and if those kids stayed give them a raise!

Overall 1 star because they NEVER make my coffee right, they frequently forget the meat on my sandwiches and the packaging is always as if they’ve thrown the food in the bag! I went to get an order corrected this morning (meat was missing off 2 sandwiches) and instead of listening, the person at the window assumed what I needed and requested the incorrect sandwich to be remade. I tried to get his attention to tell him but he wasn’t listening, I had to raise my voice to get his attention and he then accused me of yelling at him! If he had been actively listening, as all good customer service reps should, then I wouldnt have had to raise my voice to get his attention. Overall horrible service, AGAIN!

I stopped for a quick egg and bacon sandwich. The sandwich tasted fine although my stomach was in knots from an impending job interview, so I couldn’t even finish half of it.
I was surprised to find that this DD was staffed with a skeleton crew. There was 1 employee managing inside orders, 1 managing outside orders, and only 1 other person prepping food and beverages. It seemed like the drive-through was a quick experience while ordering inside was the slower option.

I frequent this DD’s drive thru quite often. Never any complaints! Today, my two girls and I sat inside to eat. The entire time we were there, the manager Eric (I assume he was the manager from the comments he made), was berating and yelling at the staff. You could tell the entire staff was miserable. One woman was even teary-eyed. (For which she was yelled at for.)
My family and the other family with young children were appalled. This man was cursing at his staff and threatening them at every turn. I understand being in the weeds and being frustrated but that does not give him the right to demean and abuse the people who work there. My 6-year-old was so shocked at the cursing and yelling and so were the other children in the building. Two patrons even confronted this man about his word choice and treatment of the staff. I am leaving this review and calling corporate. No one deserves to be treated that way!

Hazel is the best staff member. She is friendly and will give you an extra donut at no charge. THEEE BEST COFFEE IN THE WORLD!!! Beats the Starbucks coffee hands down. You will not be disappointed if you buy a large iced coffee.
