I’m very disappointed that I paid $7.00 for a 12 oz drink that tasted watered down. I should have taken it as a sign when I asked which caramel coffee she recommended and it took a while for her to answer. She suggested the “Sneakers” drink, but unfortunately it has no flavor and tastes diluted.

Met up with some friends for coffee and energy drinks. Perfect place to catch up. Lots of areas to sit that are separated enough so you don’t feel like you are in everyone’s business. We were able to hang out for about an hour and had a great time. Love that they now have an area for kids. The staff was super kind and helped me pick a yummy drink.

We have gone to Kozy Kup quite a few times and more often than not there is an issue with our order. Today we went and ordered an americano with a splash of cream, and they gave us a cup full of hot half and half. There was absolutely zero coffee in the drink. Would not recommend, will not return again.

Stopped in while in the area and had such a pleasant experience at The Kozy Cup. The staff was genuinely friendly, everything ran smoothly, and the cozy atmosphere made it clear this is a well-run local coffee shop. Definitely a place you’re happy to come back to.

I love the food and drinks here and most of the baristas! There is one issue i always have. I believe it is the owner, she is incredibly passive aggressive and gives very mean girl energy. If she wasn’t here, I would enjoy coming much more often. The rest of the baristas are very nice:)

This morning I stopped by on a whim since I drive by this coffee shop quite often and been meaning to stop. The ladies at the window couldn’t have been nicer and I had a suggestion to try a macha, best dang macha I’ve ever had!! I will definitely be back for this specific drink! So yummy! Thanks ladies!!

Cozy Kup is my go-to coffee spot in Tri-Cities when I need to get computer work done outside the house. Today’s visit was amazing—the red-haired server was incredibly kind, present, and made my (very specific!) coffee order perfectly without any judgment or impatience. That kind of service really makes all the difference.
I ordered a 12oz iced Americano with 2 shots regular espresso, 1 shot white coffee, extra heavy whipping cream, and honey. It came out smooth, creamy, and exactly how I wanted it – for just $5.30. They use real heavy cream and actual honey, which is a rare find these days!
The shop has free Wi-Fi, a variety of indoor seating for laptop and paperwork time, and a menu full of creative drink ideas. I love that they offer white coffee, heavy whip, honey and a variety of energy drink options like Red Bull, Lotus, fruit smoothies, juices, and teas. They also have baked goods (though I wish they had a gluten-free option!) and espresso beans for sale.
In full honesty, service quality can vary. On a previous visit, the barista seemed a bit impatient/rude and my drink came out burnt-tasting and watery despite paying for extra cream. But when you get a kind and attentive server like today, it’s a five-star experience all around… Cozy Kup is definitely worth checking out—especially if you like your coffee customized and your atmosphere relaxed!

Went mid week. Service was really really slow. 15 minutes to get a drip. It was crowded. Orders were piling up on pick up counter but staff had no idea what they were! Need to use names!!!! Easy fix!!!!
