I ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and the pepperoni side had nothing but burnt crust and burnt pepperoni on 8/30/24. I called and they said they would fix it and to come in 15 minutes. I showed up 35 min later and they told me to wait. Went back to the window again and they said it would take longer. When I called the manager on duty was extremely rude and told me I should be happy since I ordered wrong and they were fixing it for free. I ordered no American cheese, NOT BURNT CRUST AND PEPPERONI! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!
I will.never return there and will tell all of my friends and family that frequent this particular dominoes again. The female manager I spoke to was rude and hostile and has NO.BUSINESS being a manager. I recommend that no one gives them their business. I will definitely be calling corporate on Tuesday morning. This owner seriously needs to rethink his employee choices.

I order from this Domino’s all the time. Literally, every week. I feel bad a lot of times for not tipping the driver, but I don’t because EVERY time I see this person’s name show up as my delivery driver, I know my food is going to be cold and not any good. It’s really a waste of money. I don’t think I’m going to order from them any longer. I waited over an hour for my food to get here. Of course, when I got it, it was cold. I understand that there are other deliveries, but I literally live 3 minutes away from Domino’s. Shouldn’t it make more sense to drop mine off first? KC, if you want a tip, stop delivering me cold and non edible pizza. It’s ridiculous.
Sure, Domino’s offered me a free pizza. I appreciate that. However, that doesn’t change the fact that my pizza is always cold. I literally have countless emails where they’re “trying to make it right”, but how about get it right the first time.

I order regularly from this Dominos. Usually my pizza is excellent, but tonight it was simply awful. I ordered an extravaganza which was thin and had very scant toppings and a spinach and feta which was burned. Ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese that we did not eat, but it doesn’t look any better. No extra cheese for sure. Not sure I want to order again.

I always get the bestest pizza that have . I think it’s a 5 topping pizza. It’s always good. It’s strictly carry out.
I’ve only had I’ve been experience. Once I went there and it was close to closing time. I heard an employee make a snide comment to another employee about my arriving. I turned around and left. I keep coming back because one bag experience isn’t going to ruin the fact that this place has been up to that point and since that time, such a great place to go when I’m in the mood for pizza.

I will not be coming back, nor will the rest of my family and friends who eat here. I am in disbelief.

We started using this location bc we had a bad experience the last time we used the other location. We went in and ordered and sat in the parking lot. We only had to wait about 10-15 min. It was good. I love the stuffed cheesy bread and we get the Parmesan bites for my children.

Pizza was decent. Pacific Veggie with more room for swimming than toppings. Worked at a location in another state and the pizza there was topped. Guy was rude, barely spoke up and tapped his fingers impatiently while I had to collect my thoughts over the 9.99 deal being online only – my bad.
