Went to this store in Salisbury for a sweet treat. When they rung up the Boo batter ice cream taco and I made a comment about it being $10 The owner (I assume that is who that was) said well you just don’t have to buy it. I kindly told her that I think i $10 is a bit much for an ice cream taco however I was still going to buy it as that is all my son wanted from the store. She huffed and walked away after our interaction. The nice gentleman that was helping me agreed that $10 was a lot for an ice cream taco. The quality of product is great however the customer service sucks and the prices are rather expensive. For $40 I could have gone to the grocery store and bought everything to make ice cream sundaes at home.

Suggestion: make a child size serving that is smaller than a “Like It”…. My 3yo grandson couldn’t even eat a 1/4 of it. It’s a lot of ice cream and a waste of money.

Very unfortunate store policy requiring delivery drivers to bring a bag in when the delivery driver is not getting enough money for the order to be worth putting a bag in to begin with. Kids love visiting. It’s great to have so many options, so you’ll find something for everyone here! I love coffee with chocolate chips but my kids all love the cotton candy with a variety of mix ins. Worth the money! Just wish there was more seating.
