I went tonight and their oven broke down so the lady came straight to me(the customer) and explained to me that I had the option to wait for my food or not and she apologized to me. I choose to wait on my food and I was also given a full refund. This is very great service..

*Update* Troy was great and understood our concerns and resolved them right way. Gave them 5 stars for service. * The pepperoni pizza was inedible and had to be thrown out. We ordered a drink that was missing from the order. Still waiting for the refund.

Management Troy did reach out to me. Was understanding thru text and made things right. I appreciate the how fast he reached out and it seems as if he truly cares about both customer and employee. Maybe they were just having a bad night.
Ordered sausage mushroom extra cheese papadia with garlic sauce, Philly cheese steak no peppers extra cheese with garlic sauce, Parmesan chicken wings with ranch. What we got First papadia was pepperoni and THREE mushrooms with very little cheese. No garlic side sauce. Phill had no onions just meat and VERY LITTLE CHEESE. YES I have photos. Called spoke with manager Daniel and he’s like I’m in the middle of taking inventory just call back the next time you order and give them my name for 50% of your next order. Or we MIGHT ♀️ ♀️ ♀️be able to get you another one out but I have no drivers here. HAVE A GREAT NIGHT MAMA

Pizza is perfect but if I wanted to leave a tip, I would have done it when I placed the order. Apparently the driver thought they could harass me for a tip by circling the tip line on the receipt. Might as well hold your hand out.

Would not order from this location again. Delivery came an hour and a half after the delivery time it gave so waited a total of 2 and half hours. The pizza was cold and hard, the wings were cold, gooey and soggy (I ordered them well done) , ordered (paid) for extra sauce which they left out. Also management at this location is rude! They act like its a problem when you have a problem with something that you paid for (which wasn’t cheap). I love Papa Johns but will never order from this location again. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog… if I had one.

The pizza i ordered online was a single topping Pepperoni. The pizza i was given when I arrived was a cheese pizza. I asked for a Pepperoni so they took back the cheese pizza added a few Pepperoni and gave it back to me. If it had truly been a new Pepperoni Pizza it would have had pizza sauce on it this one didnt. Not happy but unfortunately things happen.

Our delivery driver Emily was excellent!!! The store manager on 12/11/2023 at 2:00 p.m was very unprofessional and rude because he incorrectly made our pizza was supposed to be half beef hald pepperoni/sausage it was covered with all those meats and ham for some reason.we have individuals with dietary restrictions.

I love Papa John’s pizza! The cheese, sauce, and toppings taste so much better than the other pizza places The food is always hot & delicious. I’m a big fan of the garlic dipping sauce The only problem I had yesterday was, I ordered 2 large pizzas & 2 extra garlic sauces. I was charged for the extra sauces, but they weren’t in the boxes when I got home I wanted the extra sauces so that my family (4 of us) could each have one. It was only 50¢, not worth a trip back, but disappointing. I’ll still go back, I’ll just check the boxes before I leave next time.
