We are under new management and have a team of experienced and motivated individuals who are passionate about their customers and service. We have slowly been renovating our decor and menu as well as our beer and wine options! We are always open to new ideas and are constantly growing and changing with our customers wants and needs!

Always a great time at Jimmy’s Pub in Montague, Michigan!
The staff is always fun, friendly, quick and attentive. And they make good drinks too! We have been here several times over the years. It’s a great place for live music, karaoke, line dancing and more!
They have a good (bar food) menu and a good selection of beers and cocktails. There is a deck in the back that is nice for hanging out in good weather. Also, a pool table and juke box to enjoy.
Decent prices, Great service and always a friendly crowd. What could be better than that?!?

Elaine suggested sloppy Joe’s, which were plenty of filling in Carlos offered the bra which I tried and was impressed with. Overall great staff and suggestions. I spent less than $30 with the drinks included in the wait. Awesome she’s awesome. I’m hungry. I like really hungry. She’s like sloppy Joe’s look at. I asked Carlos what he likes. He’s like bra so I hate the sloppy Joe’s with the fries and the bra. I enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you! Enjoy the atmosphere.

I just wanna know what bar in this area services $20 a peace drinks…. That’s right it’s jimmy’s bar! Our bills was $40 for two double cobo tequila sunrises. We were at the Red Roster before and had the same drink for $9.50! Not sure if the bar tender messed up or if that’s his actual price. But this is complete BS!

Friendly staff, good food. For a bar the french dip and house salad were very good, salad wasn’t ice berg lettuce which I appreciated! French dip had mushrooms and onions. I would definitely go back.

Nice little hometown style pub. Bartenders were friendly and welcoming. Crowd was mostly locals as expected and no one made us feel out of place (being we were the way out of state people). Great low prices. Generous mix drinks. Very good, quality choices on tap for beer. A few choices on in house food. Hubby got a pretty good pizza. Chips and salsa, not so good. But no complaints. Local person came in to do karaoke, but you never would have known it was karaoke if not for the sign on the wall. She didnt say a word, and there were no song choices or mic for singing. We played pool all night at $1 a game. Tables were in great shape and perfectly level. Even great, straight sticks, which is unheard of at a bar! Overall, had a really good time.

French dip is made with real pot roast not deli meat. Super tasty, can’t wait to try something else. Needs some work to the interior though, kinda run down looking. But good for wins over decor any day.

I’ve been working g in the area for a month and have visited this establishment on many occasions! Nice staff. Great food! Service is slow but the food more than makes up for it! Great beer specials, great lunch specials! Place is quaint, a bit dark. A bit dusty but I like local places and the people are great! It’s not a shinny new place but it has class and is right near the lake! I recommend you give it a try!

Walked in the door at Jimmy’s Pub Montague tonight. As soon as Donna and I walked in the door one of the staff noticed me and said, “Hey! We have Cream of Mushroom Soup tonight!!!! I was hoping you’d come in’”
Two things about this:
1-How cool is it to walk into a bar/restaurant and they know you when you walk in? Kind of like Cheers LOL
2-If you are anywhere near Whitehall, make a beeline to Jimmy’s. This soup is one of the best soups I have ever eaten!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon as they are one of the few places open & serving food. Asked if it was possible to get a vegetarian meal, and the server was very accommodating. They were able to make the nachos without meat for me. They were delicious! A normal bar atmosphere. Clean, and kind service. Highly recommend a stop in!
