My pizza full of ants
On today 6/01/2025 i did an order on Papa John’s.And I asked for extra tomato sauce and well done. I guess they do not know what is extra tomato sauce and well done because they send my pizza the wrong way. So when I send it back they gave me a call saying they gave me a refund and I ask him why he told me that the manager saw the pizza and she said that the pizza was correct.After that I told him that I want to speak with the manager once I speak to the manager, she saw the pizza and she said that I was right.So she put another order half price and they send another delivery driver.They left the pizza on the floor and it got full of ants.
They didn’t even knocked on the door I was thinking why it was taking so long so I went outside and by mistake. I also stepped on the box of pizza. So I call back to Papa John’s the supervisor told me that she was going to give me a refund she hung up on me and I stay without eating

I ordered pepperoni and pineapple stuff crust pizza with cheese sticks. Picked it up and got 4 extra tubs of marinara sauce. Got home and when I bit a cheese stick the marinara sauce was so old it tasted like a beer. Then the pizza had ham and cheese with no stuff crust. I paid $30 and threw it all in the trash. I called and press 3 for manager 3 times but they wouldn’t answer. It was a 40 minutes ride from my house.. I didn’t want to take it back without talking to a manager. So after 3 tries I threw it in the trash and quit calling

This is most horrible pizza place I have ever order from, they made a mistake and then the Manager (Jenny if that is her real nt pretending around and blame me their mistake the driver Idalberto Sanchez delivered another order and on the way to my house and after receiving a text message saying he was less than a minute he passed by didn’t stop at all and when back to the store when I called the store Leo very unprofessional told me the delivery is been completed which it was not accurate then I asked to speak to the manager and he put someone on the line name Sofia pretending to be the manager which hang up on me after I requested her managers name to place a complaint, because the pizza was just arriving and cold like it was made hours ago, the someone who refused to provide her name came to the line and told me I was rude because I simply asked for the pizza to be remade and redeliver to me, she refused to do that and advised me she was going to give me a refund, there was a lot of noise on the background people were screaming or even fighting and she said I was rude I realized all she was doing was to get arise out of me to just not provide the service they were getting paid for, I also realized she put me on speaker for everybody to listen to me she did provided her name I asked her for her managers name and she refused to provide that name the pizza was not made properly all you have to do is look at it and see the borders to realize it I asked for double toppings but I guess since I was rude I didn’t get it and all I have to say to @papajohns I’ll never order from you again and will make sure everybody knows not to order from this store at Hialeah they’re nasty, unprofessional and very rude if that is what represents Papa John’s then I don’t want to deal with that I rather go someone where else.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Papa John’s, especially from the manager, Miguel. I called regarding my pizza order that was completely messed up—it was supposed to have Alfredo sauce, and there was absolutely none on it. Instead of listening and trying to help, Miguel insisted that he “made it himself” and claimed Alfredo sauce was there, even though it clearly wasn’t.
I explained this was the second time this exact mistake happened with the same kind of pizza, and asked what could be done to fix it. Miguel basically told me there was nothing wrong with my order and offered no solution. To top it all off, he hung up on me after explaining himself.
Terrible customer service, zero accountability. Get better management, Papa John’s!

I was previously a Dominos Pizza regular customer because of their carryout large 3 topping pizza for $7.99 each special but one day my brother wanted to order Pizza from Papa John’s when he came over to visit and we got a few 5 toppings large pizzas for $12 each from Papa John’s. This was my first time ordering from Papa John’s because I didnt think that paying their regular price of $18 per pizza was worth it but I was impressed by the taste of their pizzas when I tried them and by the fact that the Papa John pizzas also come with garlic sauce to dip the pizza bread which is something that Dominos charges extra money to add.
The second time I ordered from Papa John’s the pizza tasted great just like the during my first visit but during my second visit I ordered two large 5 topping pizzas with the same ingredients on BOTH pizzas (Extra Cheese, Beef, Sausage, Canadian Bacon, Mushrooms) and I did notice that they put all the correct ingredients on the first pizza (which you can see in the attached pictures) but they did not add any mushrooms on the second pizza (see the attached pictures) even though I ordered BOTH pizzas with the same ingredients. If I ever eat here agian I will make sure to order each pizza with different ingredients so that they dont skimp on the ingredients in each pizza after the first.

So I’ve been testing a theory. Whenever include the tip the delivery driver always calls to say we need to come to the parking lot to collect. When I DON’T include the tip they ALWAYS come to the door…you know..to collect their tip. I have tested it over and over for delivery from Hialeah location. Just disgusting!!

Waited 20 minutes more than estimated time. Got home the pizza was horrible wrong crust and hardly no cheese. You could see the tomato sauce on the dough.

I recently visited the Papa John’s location while picking up dinner for my family of four on a Friday evening. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Manex, the assistant manager, and I must say that his customer service was absolutely top-notch.
Manex went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best value for my money, which is incredibly important in this economy. His mannerable and thoughtful suggestions helped me feed my family on a tight budget without compromising on quality.
What impressed me the most was the leadership qualities Manex displayed throughout my visit. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing an exceptional experience. I truly believe that Manex is a tremendous asset to Papa John’s, especially in a neighborhood that values diversity and inclusion.
I have never had such a positive experience at any other location, and I will definitely be returning to this store. In fact, I will specifically request Manex because of the lasting impression he made on me. I’ve already told a few friends about the wonderful service I received, and I hope the company recognizes Manex’s potential and considers promoting him to a manager. He truly deserves it.
