This American Chinese fast food place was similar with Panda Express. More types of snacks and soups were available. The price was great with a large size. Service was great. Samples were given. I got pepper steak and Kung Pao chicken. The steak was tasty. The chicken was a little bland but the chicken was fried.

Literally the worst experience here with customer service last night I ordered on Wang’s website, unfortunately it was powered through DoorDash who delivered my food to the wrong place apparently DoorDash called and said it would be remade which never happened so I try to get a refund, which DoorDash explained since I ordered it through the website wangs had to give me the refund. So we do a conference call altogether and the girl that was working on February 4 said she couldn’t process the refund because her boss isn’t there and wouldn’t be there until Saturday. I unfortunately didn’t feel it was fair that I’d be screwed out of $40 and DoorDash already processed the refund to the store so they were gonna get compensated anyways so then eventually the girl and the boss are texting and she still doesn’t know how to process the refund and she tells me to come in today on February 5 to pick up my food so I call there and the new person who answered the phone said she wasn’t there and she didn’t tell them anything and she doesn’t know what to tell me very rude and unprofessional so I don’t get the food nor I get my money and I have to wait for it. It’s done being pended for my bank to dispute the charges. I order from here quite often decent very great prices foods decent love the soup but after today, I will never order from there again especially when homegirl said I don’t know what to tell you. I am in customer service and I would never tell a customer that especially when something can be done.

I really enjoy their food and order from them often. But a recent experience has really turned me off. We ordered 2 orders of wings and 2 orders of fries on 12/15. We only received one of each order. When we contacted the restaurant, instead of being helpful, they got defensive and told us we were wrong. Thankfully we received a refund from Grubhub. Will not be patronizing the establishment in the future.

I gotta say i was hesitant about coming here. We already have our go-to chinese takeout place, but out of convenience, we came here. My girlfriend and I do not regret it.
The food is delicious and priced competitively, and customer service is better than most dining fancy restaurants that we’ve been to. The employees were kind enough to offer us free samples on items we weren’t sure of. Their generosity, combined with their uplifting attitude, made the experience worth dying for.
The coloring of the restaurants alongside their menus and paintings made for a unique experience and atmosphere. We encourage dining here with your significant other if you’re looking for something quieter and cheaper than a restaurant.
Their motto is “Taste like home.” I can say that the food at Wang’s Chinese Kitchen tastes “better than home.”

The food tastes good. The only complaint I have is that they never give you enough meat. You open up your container it is mostly rice in the whole thing and in the other side it’s a very little bit of meat and vegetables. A few pieces of meat in every meal. I pay for my entree to have meat in it not all rice. No Good. I don’t think that I’ll be going back.

The man at the drive through was very kind! If you are craving Chinese but you want a step up from fast food, this is the place to go. Great prices, high quality food and good portions. Big variety of items that are all good. You probably would want to just order delivery or takeout because the atmosphere there isn’t meant for dining in.

I placed an Uber eats order since my car is in the shop. My order was cold when I got it even though it was delivered early. I agree with the other statements of not having much flavor. My spring rolls had way too much celery in them which I believe is what caused them to be soggy. They didn’t have any crunch at all and tasted like plain celery. The portion size was good for two orders size large. Work on seasoning and making sure food is hot and fresh. If you make these tweaks you can become a 5 star establishment.
