They need to be more consistent. On Saturday around 4pm they got my order wrong and only filled my soup cup about 2/3 of the way up. I went again today and everything was fine. Maybe they are training new people, but it makes people hesitant to return.

Iv been going here for over 2 years, always had great service with the drive thru until today, the GM got very irritated after me asking couple questions u can tell she does not have good customer service and she told me to leave. I was confused about an offer on my app and she got red in the face and annoyed and told me to leave. I wasn’t even upset or yelling. But if that’s how the GM deal with a small issue like that, I can imagine other customers. Sheeshh, not going there again

I ordered a pizza sub and i get home and see its smothered in guac and lettuce i had to cut the parts that were covered in it. Absolutely disgusting. 5x my order has been incorrect. Today, the sandwich is soaken wet, cold, and soggy. What a joke! Maybe I’m too forgiving. Never going back to this nasty place.

This store is TERRIBLE! Last time I try with them… So disorganized and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Went inside because they always screw up the delivery order. After 10 mins past my one sandwich was supposed to be ready (whole sandwiches promised after mine were put out), I asked for my money back and left. Never again….
