All KINDS of folks just loitering in and around this place, some begging for dollars (not change!), some just standing at the entrance talking loudly and obscenely. The place smells like a dirty bar… stale liquor and cigarette smoke… mainly because of the people hanging around inside. All I needed was the ATM and a pepsi…. changed my mind about both! It looks as if they just did MAJOR building renovations, so I cant imagine WHY they’d allow THIS to be the clientele.
