Hello. This morning I took a job and went to the pickup location. Usually there is only one pickup place, but here there were two pickup points. I have two questions about this. I think this one was written by hand, it looked like it was written with a red marker. I don’t know this kitchen very well. In other places there is only one pickup point, and the worker there was not very helpful. I asked to pick up a drink and he gave it to me, but he should have prepared the order and had it ready, right?”

I got an açaí smoothie bowl and it was awful. Açaí smoothie base was rotten and so was the fruit on top. I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to all of the supposed tasty ingredients. 0/10 can’t recommend.

Great food which is absolutely consistent from location to location.
What I don’t understand is why there are such differences in way you get pick up orders and the timing of how food is prepared from store to store.
At this particular location my smoothie was sitting out on a shelf, not refrigerated and was ready nearly 10 minutes before my food was.
I’m not sure why that makes sense at this particular location. I get that it’s a little bit of extra work to serve both frozen items and hot food, but it just seems like with a little bit more thought the timing could be improved.
Pretty good experience overall, just could be improved with a little bit more. Thought to the timing!

Tropical Smootie recently removed most of their sandwiches for some reason. they now have a limited menu. This location must be under new ownership because the cashier was very slow and didn’t know some items. The smoothie makers are different too, they used to be faster and more efficient. But overall the food is still good.

The store was not cleaned and the bathrooms were awful. The ladies restroom was clogged / unusable and the men’s was dirty.
I got a mango bacon Brie chicken flatbread and it had less than 1/3 of one piece of bacon and about two tablespoons of chicken. One employee had a friend hanging out at the counter, which I wouldn’t care about if they were caught up on their work.
Two other employees were cleaning the kitchen. The food came out quick and tasted ok.
I probably won’t come to this location again.

The food is delicious, but every time I order something (which is quite often) they forget to add something. Whether it’s the straw for my smoothie, or extra sauce which I PAY EXTRA FOR. Very rare they get everything right. Another time I requested no tomatoes and they seemed to give me extra of that though. Barely any sauce each time which is why I ask for extra and never receive. The employees need to be able to correctly read requests. Again the food is amazing, but way toooo pricey to be messing the orders up. When I visited the on in Tyson’s corner, they were perfection. Debating moving down there just for the food.
