Would rate 0 stars if I could. “Manager” is unprofessional & yelled at me when I asked a simple question. The food was so bad. Old tasting we didn’t even eat it. Called corporate and even they said the store hung up on them. Sounds like immature management that can’t seem to keep their anger undercontrol.

I got the worst pappadilla ever tonight! It was a philly cheesesteak, it was full of fat and tasted bad! The stuffed crust pizza he got was $28, and he said it wasn’t done! The peppers tasted old.
You would think $37 would get something good, back to Dominos next time!
If I didn’t live in Royal center and all the snow we have had, I would have taken it back in but wasn’t worth the gas and bad roads to go back in!

Called to ask where our pizza was (having ordered an hour before) only to be cursed and screamed at for asking. The young man said that he was the only staff working and that he had a room full of customers and didn’t have time to answer our stupid questions. He was very rude and unprofessional! I will not be ordering from here again.

I place an extra large order 2 days in advance. I paid in advance and also requested a delivery time. The day of delivery, it was an half an hour late (no fault of delivery person). Delivery person was super apologetic and nice. When questioned why they were late; their response was they were scheduled to cook the pizzas 15 minutes before delivery. There’s no way that you can cook 22 pizzas 15 minutes before scheduled delivery.

Patrick the delivery driver is amazing! He remembered our wooded lot across the street and honked to let us know our pizza was here, he went above and beyond. Our pizza however, was hot and fresh but it was disgusting and tasted horrible and short on all the toppings. Not the best food bought from you guys

Pizza was majority crust . Pizza had 3 inches of crust . Happens just about every time we order. Don’t waste your money on the cheese bread . It’s Always dry as cardboard and lacks any sight of cheese.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered twice from the Logansport Papa Johns on Market. The first time I picked it up and it somehow looked as if it had been sitting for an hour. The toppings weren’t evenly distributed. The cheese was rubbery. I was extremely disappointed. Gave them a second chance and it was the most horrible food-service I’ve ever experienced. When I called to check on the status of my delivery, which was 30 minutes late, they snapped into the phone “WE’RE CLOSED!” When I informed the woman on the phone that I was a paying customer checking the status of my order, she lied and said it was still being prepared. She refused to give her name. I asked why it was taking so long and she said “I don’t know I just got here.” I asked for a supervisor and she said “I am the manager on duty.” I asked why she, as a manager, would refuse to give her name and she said “we don’t have to do that”
So supposedly a foodservice manager on duty just arrived at the store at closing time, and supposedly I’m supposed to eat food prepared by someone who refuses to give me a name or courteous service.
I filed a complaint with the corporate HQ and was assured I would hear back from the store owner or manager within 4 days. That was a week and a half ago. I haven’t so much as been offered a coupon much less an apology for the horrendous service. I will never call this place again. There are plenty other great pizza places in town. I guess I’m no longer a fan of Papa Johns
