I feel terrible making this review because this place has been great in the past. It’s just that there is no one to talk to there now and I’ll likely forget to make time for this again. This a mixed review because I have never had a bad experience here until last night and I’ve visited many times. I should have watched my order being made. Now I know if I decide I’m still a customer. Last night a very new employee made our crêpe. And my issue is not with them. My issue is with the training and oversight of new staff. This place is a little pricey for me to have to feel like I’m forcing myself to eat something that is not good. For starters, I’m not sure how or why but we were told the build your own crêpe is pick one fruit, one topping and two drizzles and although we stayed within those confines, we were told we would be charged 75 cents extra for the strawberries, which were frozen, and we were in informed of that, however, they were merely placed on top and still frozen in the finished product. But the worst part was that it was just absolutely swimming in the two drizzles we chose. There was more drizzle than crêpe and I’m not exaggerating. It was a puddle. We opened it to eat in the car and it was just terrible. Because it was late and we came from over 30 minutes away, I did not go back in and ask them to redo the crêpe once we saw it. Also, it took a very long time just to get this one because this was the result of the new employee’s second attempt at making our crêpe. Someone really should have overseen every moment of this new employee’s work. We resigned ourselves to just trying our best to eat it. We reached a point where we had no interest in finishing it, which never happens when we come here. I just called them and asked if they would replace this crêpe. The young man who answered the phone asked if it was already eaten. I said it was probably about a third gone. He said call back tomorrow and speak with a manager as there is no manager until then. Odd that there’s no one at all in charge. I placed my call at 5:45pm on a Sunday. I will not be calling back tomorrow just on the chance that they might agree to replace my crêpe and also I’d have to save it another day and if they refuse, I mean, how long is it going to last? I may as well just make the best of it and try to pat off all the goop as best I can. But is this the customer experience you want? It’s not what I would want for my customers if this was my business. Please consider spending more time thoroughly training staff and designating supervisors.

Absolutely incredible experience at Cream Gelateria and Pasticceria! The gelato is rich, creamy, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. Every flavor I tried was perfectly balanced – not too sweet, just right. The pastries are fresh, beautifully crafted, and taste just as amazing as they look. The place is spotless, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick treat or relaxing with a coffee, this place delivers a true taste of Italy. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Delicious artisanal ice cream 10/10!!!
Had to wait almost 30 minutes for a simple ice cream in a cone
Employees were great and moving as fast as they could.
Suggestion to management to cut wait times:
Designate 1 to 2 workers for the simple ice cream scoop orders. While other employees can work on the orders that take longer to prepare.
Hope to be back and have my ice cream a lot sooner.
Thank you and good luck!

Walked out after seeing how the showcase looks at opening hour. Looks unpresentable as if the ice cream has been there for weeks and trying to sell out the last drop.

If you’re looking for gelato that makes you stop, think, and say “Ahh… this must be how Malachim eat on their break,” then Cream Gelateria is your place.

I came here with a couple of chevra “just for ice cream,” and let me tell you, we walked out different people. The minute you step inside, you feel like you accidentally wandered into an Italian villa where everyone dresses stylishly and eats desserts that cost more than your Shabbos cholent budget — but honestly? Worth every penny.

The décor is so classy it made me stand up straighter. I ordered my gelato like a mentch, with full confidence, even though I had no idea what half the flavors meant. (“Pasticceria” sounds like something you learn in seminary, but apparently it means pastries. Who knew?)

Now the gelato itself? A geshmak.
Smooth, creamy, rich — like they churn it using tefillos from Yom Kippur and milk from Italian cows who listen to classical music. I don’t know what kind of machines they’re using back there, but the texture is so perfect I’m convinced there’s at least one engineer involved.

And the pastries! Don’t get me started. I tried one cookie “just to taste” and suddenly felt the urge to buy 12 more “for the house.” Didn’t even make it home — I finished them all in the car before pulling out of the parking lot. Zero regrets.

The staff is friendly, patient, and somehow doesn’t judge you when you ask to sample seven flavors before choosing the first one you tried. Real tzaddikim.

Bottom line:
If you’re in a bad mood, come here. If you’re in a good mood, come here. If you’re breathing, come here. Cream Gelateria somehow manages to be fancy, fun, heimish, and legit unbelievable — all at the same time.

Highly recommend. Five stars, and an extra half star for the fact that I’m still thinking about the pistachio flavor like it’s a long-lost friend.

Gelato was okay, cookies were pretty good. The staff however was rather rude and the place was filthy. The staff members seemed bothered by your presence, or more truthfully by the fact that you interrupted their phone time. There was trash on almost every single table. It was disgusting. Also, the amount of cross contamination on every single ice cream was ridiculous. Would not recommend

Cream is a new, fresh beautiful store.
They have great tasting ice cream with cool flavors!
Plus, fantastic hours.
They let you taste ice cream so you can decide what you want.
They have other amazing foods, and they are not too expensive.
