I’ve been to Ultimate deli for coffee, cold teas, sandwiches and for their Dubai chocolate strawberry cups! Been fully satisfied each time. I am in love with their rose cardamom latte
I like to see consistency of flavors, food deliverance and cleanliness of a place and this place is always clean. Owners seems to care about customers, which is a huge plus. They’ve now install 2 kiosks in their lobby so you don’t have to wait for live person to take your order, so def give them a try and try out thier breakfast menu as well.

The sandwiches were great! Definitely recommend trying out the Brisket Avocado and Crispy Chicken one. The bread is like Dutch bread so its soft and crunchy. Ask for hot sauce on the side, goes really well with it . Vibes are chill and easy parking.

We’ve had the turkey pesto panini. It was great. Crispy chicken with ultimate sauce was good. My wife likes the smashed cheese steak. Fries had masala on them so I didn’t love them. I actually enjoyed the food a lot. The staff is excellent, though. Hardworking and considerate. I hope they maintain that.

My sister and I wanted to try a new cafe and this place looked delicious and had high reviews, great atmosphere, they were friendly. They have a great variety and taste was great. We had the ultimate philly cheese steak sandwich, #P1 ultimate “panini,” mango sunrise smoothie, strawberry ice tea, jalapeno poppers, and 2 bags of chips
Cons:
1. Their self order screens needs some changing, as ordering the #C1 general meal and ordering the panini through that it asked if toasted and they CHARGE $0.50 if you want your sandwich toasted and if I wanted the bread for the panini($1), which I didn’t add so the worker had to clarify, as the panini sandwich shouldn’t have needed all those requests
2.Their “paninis” are not paninis they are just sandwiches, they don’t use a press and they said they just toast it in the oven(which it still wasn’t since it was cold and I just let it go)
3. it’s hard to figure out prices until you order for most of the menu, for two we spent over $50 which is a lot for a cafe(we each got a sandwich, chips, drink) and we were definitely surprised about how expensive.
I do understand halal costs more but they need prices next to each item to be clear. as if I wanted a sandwich I would have gotten one with everything in it and not the “panini”

We ordered a large variety of sandwiches, salads, and sides from this deli for an office meeting, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, fresh, and generously portioned.
Not only was the quality great, but the service was top-notch. Our multiple orders were prepared quickly and accurately, and everything was clearly labeled and perfectly packaged, which made setup a breeze. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food we received.

Family owned business that has great hospitality. The meaning the sandwiches are 100% authentic and natural. My favorite is the brisket on Dutch Crunch and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich is amazing.
Also, the Dubai Strawberry cups and the Dubai cheesecake is amazingly delicious. Now gonna try the Dubai brownie.

Went here with neutral expectations. Lunch was $40 for two people, so we were a bit concerned – but we were in town in a business trip and needed to eat, so we just went with it. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. Huge portions, delicious food, and the owner was welcoming and kind. No one wants to spend good money on bad food or small portions. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case and we would go back again in a heartbeat. This is a fantastic deli. A+

We tried the crispy chicken sandwich, Bombay chicken sandwich, and spicy Asian chicken sandwich on Dutch bread — all of them were bursting with flavor! The bread was fresh and soft, and every bite felt perfect. The mango banana smoothie and mango sunrise smoothie were refreshing and full of real fruit taste. Loved the cozy ambiance and friendly service. Definitely coming back again!
