Daniel is hands, down one of the best bartenders around. He’s always welcoming, always on point, and somehow manages to juggle a packed bar without ever making you feel overlooked. Drinks are consistently perfect, service is fast, and his attitude is exactly what you want when you’re out unwinding, friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive.
He remembers what you like, makes great recommendations, and goes out of his way to make sure everyone feels taken care of. Whether it’s a quiet drink, a busy night, or a full bar, Daniel keeps things running smoothly with zero stress and all class.
Parkway Tavern is lucky to have him. If Daniel’s working, that’s where you want to be sitting. Period.

Originally came in an ordered a couple beers with my buddies and burgers. The original bartender we were with closed us out and left because it was the end of her shift. This next interaction with a new bartender will be the reason I never come back to this bar and will recommend to anyone to never come here.
Me: “hey can you charge me a dollar and give me quarters so I can play pool”
Bartender: “that’s not how that works but I’ll give you the quarters”
Me: “ im sorry thank for doing that”
* couple minutes later *
Me: “can I get a beer”
Bartender: “ DO YOU ACTUALLY HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR THAT THIS TIME”
I understand I made a mistake by not bringing in cash to play pool. I don’t know anyone who carries cash anymore in my age group. But In what world is this a response to a paying customer. My buddies and I already purchased quiet a few drinks drinks as well as food. I just really don’t understand the audacity of this lady. I will never be returning to this place and I will tell everyone I have the opportunity to never come here! I hope this type of service changes in the future because I will guarantee that everyone on any of the local college campuses will know not to come here.

Food Quality was awesome, large portions. Our cook was Camero, awesome portion my wife and I split the Philly. I tried my sons French fries they were among the best. Perfect crisp and seasoning.

Such an awesome bar & atmosphere! I enjoy all the bartenders there but Des is always so fun to see! She dresses up every shift & I always love seeing her bubbly self! She takes pride in her appearance & service! Great drinks, great prices & sometimes I order their food and it hits every time!

This was horrible on so many levels… first my starter was not cooked evenly a few were still cold in the middle … here is a picture of my entree which was lemon pepper the lemon pepper seasoning was caked on the wings that it burned my lips… my husband ordered a special drink that came in a shot but instead of getting the shot like requested someone decided to make it a mixed drink so it would last longer…. The waitress was ok however I won’t go back… I added a picture of the wings

I was waited on by the bartender, Dash, who gave me excellent recommendations of food and drink. Dash was a very attentive bartender. They have a good selection of microbrew beers. I had the Green Chili Slopper Burger, which was very good. However, it was not served Pueblo style in a bowl of chili. I would order the burger again, but would add extra green chili sauce and a bowl to the order.
