I hadn’t had Five Guys in almost 10 years, but my wife and I were in the area and decided to give it another try. Wow, what have I been missing? The burger was outstanding. I still think it’s a bit overpriced, but the quality was great, and they gave me a ton of extra fries. It looked like they filled the medium cup and then tossed another handful into the bag, which definitely helps justify the price.
The gentleman at the front counter was excellent. Even with a lot of people in line, he moved quickly, listened well, and kept things running smoothly. The whole team worked really well together, and our order came out in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, a great experience.

1onna my absolute favorite places to eat. Although I do not eat red meat, if I’m actually craving a burger, this is where I go. The meat’s so fresh, top quality and each patty is handmade to order. My favorite “go to” are the homemade fries, with the “good” malt vinegar It’s those milkshakes, tho….mine’s always the Reese’s Pieces…well, I can’t say in a public forum what they’re better than, lol . The staff in the Promenade location rock! Always happy, always smiling. Thank you for ur dedication to ur jobs. And u have my favorite soft drink: Diet Dr. Pepper in Cherry Vanilla, do u know how difficult it is to buy that? Used to be readily available, not anymore, sadly. Stay happy, guys! ✌️

Today is the second time that we ordered 2 double patties snd 2 fries to go. When we get home(20 min) the fries are not cooked and raw. The first time we wrote it off as a oh well, today again same mushy undercooked fries. The burgers were great!

Ordered online food wasn’t ready for an additional 20 minutes. Staff could care less. Milkshake was not cold and came out literally like milk. Not a pleasant experience at all and extremely long wait. Took over 35 minutes to make 2 burgers, 1 order of fries, and a milkshake. Food was mediocre at best. What a shame, not even close to other locations I have visited.

There was soooo much ketchup on the burger you couldnt taste anything else…it was so bad it made the bun SO SMOOSHY!! WHY IN THE HELL WOULD ANYONE PUT THAT MUCH KETCHUP ON A BURGER!! It wassooo disgusting i had to throw it out and it cost freaking 10.00!!
