Well this was probably the last time we get Pizza Hut. We have tried this location multiple times, also the Bowles location. While the Bowles location has better customer service, the food has been pretty bad. This Ken Caryl location has really horrible customer service and the lobby as you walk in is covered in trash. We got home to open our pizza that we definitely are upset. The prices for this pizza are ridiculous and honestly a frozen pizza from the store has a lot more to offer. Sad to know the things you grow up with are just complete trash now. A pic of pizza will be here, feel free to notice this was a takeout order. Notice no cheese on most of the pizza. Yet another lost customer!

Unfortunately, we’ve had nothing but issues with this pizza hut location, despite repeated attempts. Out of Pan crust at least 3 different times we’ve ordered. Wrong orders given at pickup. Using outside delivery services who take your food or don’t pick it all up, even though you order through the Pizza Hut app to try to avoid this… And no way to report the issue in the app either. Impossible to get on the phone to fix issues as well. Clearly understaffed and unprepared.

So, I was feeling nostalgic tonight, and decided to get pizza hut, first time in years. And dang, I was reminded of why we stopped and hadn’t gone back. First, you pull up to this location at night and with no lit signage, it was challenge to find. Luckily there was a worker standing on the ramp smoking by their door. Not something a guest wants, to walk throw a plume of smoke from worker 3 ft from the door as they enter. That was gross. Then the instead had a definite funky smell. The I side was also gross, trash on the floor both in front and behind their counter, placed looked messy. Also gross. Then the worker who previously greeted me at entrance with his plume of smoke, helped me check out. Very long hair down, handy me my stuff with dirty hands. Gross. I get home with my stuff and unfortunately, the nostalgia had to go incomplete because no marinara sauce for my hard bread sticks. The slices were variety sized lol with some huge ones and some what must have been appetizer portioned ones. We divided the rather large ones so everyone could enjoy. We we also did without toppings. It looks like the pepperoni we recieved likely accidentally fell onto our pizza, because only a couple slices were lucky to get them. So, pizza hut….. not sure if this is specific to this location, but this was a sad and really rip-off of an experience. Years ago, quality disappeared, so we left, and looks like it is still the status quo. So looks like we won’t be adding back into the rotation. Which is really sad, grew up with pizza hut, would have been nice to bring it back.

I had one slice and threw the rest away, the taste was sour and awful. Wow last bad experience with this location, sour cheese, horrible looking pepperoni and pizza overall. Crazy they get away with charging as much as they do for this low quality product… good bye Pizza Hut hello anyone else!

Where is the cordiality when serving a customer? Why is it so hard for them to be kind? Is it necessary to give poor service? I respect people regardless of their color or race. Why do they have to treat a customer badly who only comes with all the kindness in the world to pick up their food? They are totally rude and don’t know how to speak. They should have people who project good service and a good image to this place.

I am updating the review I gave a couple months ago. This store has went south fast. The sauce was almost burnt in flavor which is strange since they don’t pre cook the sauce. The topping were pitafull. the picture says it all. half the pizza shown had about 15 pieces of beef and pork combined. and 8 pieces of peperoni and the pepperoni was just at the cuts. so it was just on the edges of the slice. the past 3 times we went it has got worse and worse. time to go back to little Caesars. till someone comes in and cleans up this place

The order was late. The pizzas were burnt and the wings weren’t sauced. I like pizza hut but this location is one of the worst out there. I hope some changes come to that place but i wont know cause im never going back there.

Don’t order the Detroit style pizza. Just cheese bread with toppings, no sauce. Regular pizza a boneless wings were perfect, order those instead.

The Staff here are very pleasant. It’s Greatly appreciated to have people like this there! Delivery guy was pleasant as well. It’s just past 10:30 pm, I had to call about my order because I messed up. I will order again from here!
