Take in consideration that I got food from their food truck, but I assume the same food you get from the restaurant is the same as what you get from the food truck.
The food truck itself is appealing enough but I spent $10 on an awful cheesesteak and like 10 fries.
The cheesesteak itself had zero flavor and was mostly bread with very little steak. There was a big gap under the steak where there easily could have doubled the amount of steak. For $10 I was expecting more steak or even more flavor, I’d take one or the other. The fries were ok but they were probably from frozen, definitely not fresh cut fries.
The woman who rang me up at the truck seemed like she was in a bad mood and wasn’t very friendly.
If I ever see their truck at another festival I’m definitely going to skip it and I’d recommend you’d do the same.

I’m rating this business one-star because of poor customer service from the owner. We ordered a pizza and when we opened the box the toppings had slid to one side with a bunch even being off the pizza completely. My family doesn’t like the toppings I order so it’s not like we could salvage it so I called the restaurant. The owner gets on the phone and essentially tells me the only way it happens is if someone holds it wrong. He proceeds to ask if I carried the box correctly. Seriously…that’s your customer service. I then asked him to redeliver the pizza and his response was that it would take too long so he wanted me to pick it up. I then asked for a refund since it seemed to difficult for them to redeliver. He said that was not an option. Excuse me?!?! Yes it is so I simply told him I would dispute the charge if he was unwilling to resolve. They ultimately agreed to redeliver after too much pressure from me. I ate the portion of the original pizza since I didn’t mind the toppings and my family waited for the redelivery to eat the rest. The delivery person took what was left of the original pizza and the owner called me complaining that we ate some of it. Due to the poor customer service, they have lost my business forever.

Ordered the Salernitana Pizza and it tasted even better than I hoped. Light, full of taste, and refreshing for a pizza.
This is the 2nd time now ordering pizza while visiting family and we have yet to have a negative experience.

got a crab bisque soup delivered to my home. not only did it look disgusting but it doesn’t taste like anything! i called and spoke to the manager and he acted as if i was in the wrong, had an awful attitude and said he didn’t know how to resolve it. i used to order from here at least once a week but will never order again because of how rude the manager spoke to me

Last time I’m giving this place a chance. I always call in for take out. The fries or under cooked when they were ordered to be dark and crispy. The hoagie was the worst I’ve ever had. The roll was stale and they put almost nothing on the sandwich, I mean nothing. It was a pathetic sandwich that went in the trash. That was our last order with Sabitinos
